How exactly did this implode all over again?

It didn't implode again, it imploded and some folks want to pretend the pieces will be put back together. And everything will be fine again. But the fact that they pulled the game from a studio with no experience in making CRPGs to give to another studio with STILL no experience in CRPGs shows how utterly fucked the project is. The only studios that *might* do this project justice are the ones which are better off spending time and resources into their own IP.

By the way, last I heard of it, it was like this: there's two studios or sub-studios, I don't remember which. With all the anti-Russian sanctions I don't know the legal standing of these entities now.
But idea is that the Russians (with some international hires) are basically making the engine (ue5 based), because they can code. While the Western studio/substudio can't code, so they make gameplay scripts and content, because that's the extent of what these retards are capable of. But you can't trust Russians to infuse the game with poz. So you gotta use real-deal, crazy twitter pronoun persons for maximum LGBT and nigger washing effect.

I would rather they make new Knights of High Republic than Kotor remake.

Why? The High Republic is basically Lucasfilm's effort to turn Star Wars into Star Trek. It is not clear to me why the setting more interesting than the Old Republic setting.

Core Decay and Kingpin Reloaded are two other examples of vaporware on that list. Just throwing money down the drain.

Maybe something we will get at Summer Games Fest. I think CEO nothing said because something is coming. Sony payed big money for this game and they don't want to wasted. That's why i think the game will be released sooner or later
