Jormund and Wrath murder mystery inconsistencies... Before I even spoke with Jormund, I spoke with Wrath and through dialog I initiated combat and killed him. Afterwards I spoke with Jormund and everyone acted normally, including myself. Making no note that Wrath is dead, that I killed him, or anything. When given the quest to free Jormund from his contract, I checked out Warth's body, that I murdered myself, and there was no poison vile. The guard that normally appears in front of Jormund's home still appeared. I spoke with the guard outside of Jormund's home and he claimed that Jormund is suspected of murder but I was not because witnesses said I was seen wandering around Qintarra. So there are several illogical dialog options for just about everyone who are involved with this quest line.
Interesting. Seems like this quest is unfinished (or not properly tested anyway). There's no extra scripting, no extra lines in the dialogs of either Jormund or the guard for the situation where the PC kills Wrath before talking to Jormund. The best we can do is just block the whole quest if Wrath gets killed by the PC, i.e. once Wrath is killed Jormund won't talk to the PC (he will be just floating generic greetings). Any objections?

EDIT: When speaking to Swyft as an half orc with 38 reaction, I get a typical half orc reaction. I took line 6 because my other option would end dialog. Swyft responds with "Why should I talk to you? I don't think I like you too much." My choices after that is either 151 or 152. 152 leading to combat but the line for 151 does not make much sense: "That's alright. I'm just passing through, regardless." This seems rather odd, is perhaps a broken line?
You think so? I'm not sure. Let's hear some other opinions. The dialog goes like this:
"[insert a rude greeting here]"
"Excuse me, I mean no offense."
"Why should I talk to you? I don't think I like you too much."
"That's alright. I'm just passing through, regardless."
"Oh, you're an adventurer, aren't you? I thought you were just another boring traveler. I am sorry if I was rude."
etc

1. Do you know what is the "Unknown Area" in the maximum top right corner of the world map? is there any way to get to that location or is it some old content that never made it in the final version?
There's nothing there, it's just a side effect of the area system.

2.not sure if this is the problem of my pc or the resolution mod but sometimes my game pauses for a few seconds, its not really a big problem but Its annoying when it happens during my speedrun project
There shouldn't be such a problem, try running the game in the safe mode (by using the safe mode shortcut or "-no3d" command line argument). If the problem isn't present in the safe mode, you can try updating your video card drivers.

Quick question about Signet of Shadows, from what I undestand as far as the game mechanics are concerned it works like this:
It grants you an automatic invisibility spell but you loose health and fatigue points over time
(at least in real time, in combat mode I wasnt loosing health nor energy)
when you take it off quickly (I mean before you pass out ) the spell wears off
but when you leave it on and pass out (knockdown) and then put it in inventory you are invisibile forever
is it a bug or just an exploit ?
That's a problem with the engine, I will have to look into it. I suspect the game stops checking whether the item is equipped or not if a critter is unconscious/dead, thus the effect doesn't get switched off.
