"You will begin the game at level 99 and end at 0, simulating the concept that your character is using the last of his strength. Your avatar will visually grow more twisted and decrepit as you level down. Many events will be backwards versions of generic RPG staples. We guarantee the final dungeon will be the most difficult "kill the rats" quest you have ever seen"

If it's isometric they might get my money, it's a fairly original turn on the classic rpg system.

It is blatantly stolen from Yahtzee of all people.

Anyone interested in this:
From the makers of the critically-acclaimed remakes of King’s Quest III and Space Quest 2 comes an all new point and click adventure game, in the classic stylings of games of yore…..
Infamous Quests presents…. Quest For Infamy!

Damnit! I was just about to post that one :D

Have you seen the system requirements for the game? They read like the 90's... "Pentium or higher processor, at least 300 Mhz". Talk about a flashback...

I just played the demo and... it is surprisingly good! I mean, it is not perfect, by any means. The narration can be a little overbearing and silly, but so what, so could the original QfG! And if they don't mess up the gameplay, I could see it actually become a worthy spiritual successor. The mood of the demo nails QfG while adding a bit of a darker tone to it. Thank you for posting this, Kz3r0!

Congrats on getting this stickied.

Also, I never knew "peru" was a colour.
Truth be told, in the beginning I was using "dark tan", very codexian, but was hardly readable so I changed it.

And now, moar of stupid:
100K for a iPhone magic wand MMO:
A game with a Bluetooth magic wand – paired with your smartphone – that casts spells based on the gestures you make.

These guys need at least 1M for a movie:
Simply put, we are raising a minimum of one million dollars in order to make the feature film Sweet Mara.

Edit:
This curious project is getting half a million:
MaKey MaKey is an invention kit for the 21st century. Turn everyday objects into touchpads and combine them with the internet.

Whoever likes sci-fi and the point-and-click adventure game style should check the following project on Kickstarter:

HeXit - Point and Click Sci-fi Adventure Game

If you like the concept then help the campaign for HeXit to reach its goal!

I have added it to the list, in the graphic Adventures section, however, there is already a thread for this game, maybe you will be interested in intervening there:

Another tabletop game that probably will get 100K$:

An interesting Jrpg:
He's going to save the world and you've got to stop him. Become the enemy of humanity on your quest to end the world in this modern take on classic RPGs. Defeat those who would stand in your way in highly-tactical combat where every action can mean the difference between life and death. Unlock your full potential in battle by acting in line with your personality. Use your relationships to power combos to crush your foes.

As the heir to your father's empire, use your vast wealth and influence in order to gain favor, forge alliances, sabotage political enemies, and bring rival nations to their knees - and still make it home in time for tea.

KS itself seems ok, it's just that project. When I proceed through the warning I don't get any flak from ESET32 so it's probably safe.
