I particularly like the tank warriors ability to set up a defensive wall to protect the rest of the party.
The AI continuously bumping their faces into it - trying to run to the mage/archer and ignoring the warrior - is especially impressive.

I will also take this moment to point and laugh at JRPG-style combat/effects.

yea you can play on xbox one already if you pay 5 bucks for a month of EA early access, which also gives you 10% off the game so it pays for itself

I checked about the game on origin, €15 more expensive to download it over getting the box??? Is there something I don't get?

Maybe EA thinks people are lazy enough to spend €15 rather than getting off their asses and going to a store. The sad thing is, they're probably right.

Used FlyVPN to start preloading my copy. UK won't be able to preload until next week and the game won't come out until Friday. I'm done with that kind of bullshit. I was able to use FlyVPN to unlock South Park on Steam when Ubisoft pulled this kind of bullshit, and it seems to work for Origin too.

This game has semi-open areas that are so popular right now, with random collectibles and secret (read: they are on the map) that are so popular right now. Feels like I'm playing an Shadow of Mordor or some Ubilol game...

I don't know I can do this, as bad DA2 at least it was straight to the point. And the battle system is awfuuul

I'm not giving up on this game so far. If it gets really unplayable i'll probably drop it, though.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
What's the interface like? Can you play it as a normal 3rd person action game (IE: jedi academy)?

But you can get it in your mail for the same low sum (€45, compared to €60 for download)

I read some reviews. They are pleased by the amount of content and characters. although the story seems unnspired. And to this there's a shitty combat and dumbed down levelling system.

Why are you playing on normal you pussy?

I don't take seriously dumb casual reviewers when it comes to complex mechanics like combat in RPGs, even more when they're playing on normal difficulty. I demand detailed combat analysis.

Why would anyone want shitty Dragon Age combats to last longer?
