Honestly it's still hard to return to the game almost 2 years later. I thought I'd want to replay it eventually considering all the new content, but the story and endings of V do be linger crisp over me still. Really doesn't feel right to return to playing as V, the dude earned his rest - the autism headcanon just wont let go. And I doubt the new story and ending can top those that we already have

I am still baffled if people actually believe the shit shown in the trailer wasn't just part of several scripted scenes.

"Cops now chase you!" - but for one scene / quest exactly.

"There's vehicle combat!" - yeah, just like the in the base game with the first van chase, I expect.

I am cautiously optimistic when it comes to the revamped systems and the expansion content, but really not looking forward to all the linear and drawn out stuff such as the heist and braindances.

Three years after the premiere of the base game, when the dust has settled, I can't muster any other feeling than - meh. DLC won't fix basics Cybeprunk mistakes like a dead city, meaningless progression paths, or "sneak or kill them all" missions.

We still can't scale walls with mantis blades right? Dead city. I don't remember who but someone compared the open world format with going to a museum: admire one exhibit before moving to the next. I feel this describes CP2077 the best as there's no kind of interaction to be had except through combat.

Something really off with the FemV's voice acting, can the VA not do the voice anymore or something?

I get being cautious about CD Projekt's promises but we've seen what scripted events in this game look like, and the spy car guns don't look like a cinematic at all. They've been hyping up an actual wanted system since before the dlc was announced so by now I'd expect they actually know what happens when they blatantly lie about features.

The real worry imo is that the revamp skill trees don't seem that good. There are a few neat stuff, and it certainly looks better than the base game's, but (and I might be wrong) the new reliq path looks like it's all just stat boosts instead of anything actually engaging. We'll have to see once it releases.
Also if there's still only one kind of enemy and their AI is still just as braindead there's not that much point to all of this. It'll still be fun merely because of the gunplay, but not as much as it could be otherwise.

Can you now actually shoot the tires on vehicles and make them crash? Coz if not than this aint no really upgrade to vehicle combat.

Should've let you put gun turrets on the roof so we could at least get a shitty version of Twisted Metal out of it
