Pirate in Hawaii looks fucking mint. I really miss the Saints Row games for their wacky, OTT action and PiH looks to be filling that void.

Gund of Fury looks pretty gravy too, but not keen on the Metroidvania aspect.

Why do you say that? I've only played Y0 and about 1/2 or so of Y1K (I should really get back to that), so from my POV, the guy's batshit and this seems fine.

Some worthwhile demos to try.

Artstyle is going to be turn off for many here but as someone who doesn't play tower defence games often i thought it was pretty neat.


A lot of youtubers have been shilling this one lately. Another one of those roguelites with meta-progression, this one in particular is about assembling your own monster squad.
Not bad at all from what i tried


There is a bunch of annoying bugs, platforming in many places feels junky and manually aiming your weapon is a pain in the ass.
Still, i am impressed that there exists a solo dev who is very nostalgic about Jak 2. City looks pretty.

That makes more sense. Before it was basically pointless because you'd have the Autumn sale immediately followed by the Winter/Xmas sale, so it was like the entire store was on sale practically between like November and January.

Kula World was the cause of many stressiful moments I had as a kid. I only beat it as a grownup on emulator.
