Just found the printscreen they automatically do for you in the game install folder! Witness and weep!

DARK SIDE! :)

@jimbob: It's MM7 so it's shorter and less points possible so don't get cocky!

I just realised jimbob's priest 'Resurrecta' is the main lady good quest giver in MM7. 'Zoltan' if I'm not wrong is the main guy evil quest giver.

It's your party members from M&M3.
Speaking of it, I'm still using several standard names from Wiz7 for all my parties. :M

Yeah, they were in the randomised name selection, so I just shrugged and went with it. BLOBERT was a given, however. I kept him on insane status for most of the game.

Might take a bit of a break before M&M7, but I'm looking forward to that one as well.

Yea take a long break before MM7 because the starting if you remember it is pretty slow and monotonous, and might put you off the game. Have fun!

I would not have made the $6 purchase for MM7 from GoG right away. There tend to be sales and I expect that a 50% off will happen some time this year.

I'm not sure if you'll enjoy MM7. I did not in comparison to MM6, but I believe my reaction was mainly due to the difficulties of attaining decent character levels as well as a certain location that shatters all balance of the remainder of the game. The broken balance is as bad as allowing Dragons in MM8.

Come on, MM7 is definitely worth 6$ . Arcomage alone is worth this price.

I hate to admit this, but that is the single reason I keep MM7 on my computer. I've only played far enough to be able to play all the other people in the game.

I have however played MM7 many many times. I Still like the earlier M&M better though. :Amiga500NostalgaGlasses:

There was a 50% off M&M 1-6 sale not too long ago, so I figured there won't be another for a while. Of course, now that I've bought it there'll be another in a few weeks, but I won't cry too much over losing about £2.

Were you able to get MM3 to run on your Amiga? I was not, and had to wait 15 years to play in on PC...

I still have 2 huge boxes full of every single floppy I owned for my Amiga 500 and 4000. I don't honestly remember if I did. I DO remember playing II as that was my first RPG. <3 Sifting through that box today just doesn't sound that appealing. Though it would also be nice to know what my first Ultima game I played was. (I *think* it was 6).

On topic:

Enjoy MM7 Jimbob. The music in it is FUCKING fantastic!

Also, Canus. You are now my favorite 2011 newfag! Thanks for that link!

Seems to be a lot of love for Acromage here.

I'll just leave this here so.

Something about it loses its charm when not played ingame though :?

It's still a lot of fun of course. It's just not the same.

Edit: NM. I was thinking of the straight translated MM7 version that used to be floating around. 600 new cards??? Uhh... What the Bill Murray said.

This MArcomage is multiplayer. Who amongst you would be up or down for an RPGCODEX Arcomage Tournament? This could very well be the start of something epic!

with many new cards, mechanics and deck-building, I think we shouldn't hurry with a tournament. I, for one, need a couple of weeks' practice, haven't played Arcomage for quite some time.
A sparring match, on the other hand, is always appreciated. my nick there is the same, hit me up.

Oh, I totally agree. I'd probably get beat by the AI a couple times in MM7 right now. Just a thought for down the road. I'll make a thread in the Playground to announce the idea and see how many would be interested. It would also give everyone a heads up so everyone who's interested can be well-studied if a tournament becomes reality.
