They did.Bioware has been doing this shit for years. I wish they would just pick either action or tactical combat.Really not surprised. The game was designed to hide the underlying combat system to make it feel action-oriented, and would be how many remember it.
DAO's RTwP is enjoyable and it's truly real-time -- e.g., check weapon attack speeds, cast speeds, etc., There is no underlying round/turn mechanic playing out.
