No, the reason Tri is OP is because they increased the proc damage from 150% to 200%. Thats huge, especially at early levels. The new Phage passive is actually pretty bad since the speed boost only helps the person using it, while the slow would help the whole team.

Another way to see it is that the new phage helps against their entire team while the old helps against one guy.

They have won a tournament for teams from Russian, Turkish, both Latin American and Oceanic servers. Not more unusual than Tahiti playing in football Confederations Cup, although it would be wiser to run a wild-card tournament with teams from aforementioned regions and the best of the teams that failed to qualify in OGN, LCS etc.
