Lonely Vazdru : I see you're going for 'The Hobbit' inspired walkthrough, eh? Goddamn I miss that game, I've so many fond memories with it. Oddly enough, I never played much of the expansion, nor that mini-expansion that came afterwards (Trials of the Loremaster, was it?)
Sorry for the late answer, my Windows 7 died on me. It's now (un)fortunately re-installed.
I actually just did a simple "Fighter+Cleric+Thief+Wizard" run, sort of a template D&D party.

I don't care much for the "Trials of the luremaster" expansion, the huge dungeon is a ragtag patchwork with no sense or atmosphere, nothing like Durlag's tower in BG. I like the "Heart of Winter" alright, but the original game is way better. I even play it without any expansions first because I sincerely prefer the original IE without the HoW graphics overhaul. I only intall HoW when I've finished Icewind Dale.

I had forgotten that only humans can dual class so I changed my halfling thief for a human one during the game (via Dalekeeper) which explains the change in my party in these screenshots, from one of my favourite places in the game :

...a good old axe will. My wizard is scared shitless, too much shrooms will do that to you.

Codex 2014 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy
Please post also the game's names.

While I agree with this, I enjoyed myself briefly by trying to guess what games the screenshots were from.

Then I realized that all the modern games looked the same to me. Namely, like shit. :-/

That is indeed Diablow. Figured I'd spend some KKK and throw it out there.

Are the IWD pictures above from the first or second game? They're giving me an itch and I'm not sure with which stick to scratch it.
