Spec Ops: Apocalypse Now The Line.
It's surprisingly good. It's a typical cover shooter, when it comes to game mechanics. But the story is great. So far i'm in chapter six (out of something around 14 total), and i have no idea what the fuck is going on. I'm not really sure if i'm killing the good or the bad guys. It draws from Apocalypse Now heavily, so the atmosphere is really raw and gritty. And as you can see, it's also pretty gory. IMO it's worth a playthrough, because i can't think of another game that makes me feel so uneasy about killing people and generally experiencing war. Seriously. There are also some tough moral choices to make. Will you save a guy who risked his life to help you earlier, or will you save a group of innocent civs who are being indiscriminately slaughtered instead? You can't make a safe choice, and in the end, you won't be a hero. This game is really messed up.
BTW the demo sucks. This game is really all about experiencing the story and watching how the characters gradually change from typical 'Kwan "hardened killing machines" to traumatised, shellshocked wrecks. It's done well, but you can't show that in those 2 short levels they included in the demo.
