Haha Lol, best spell for necro is Magic Missile. Why? because necro has ability the makes it so any of your spells hitting enemy reduce ALL their physical or mental stats by 1. But if you hit them MM you actually do that PER missile LOL.

I'd just go normal fighter and get armed bravery ASAP (scales with level up to +5 to Will saves). It does less damage (but still hits very hard) but is more resilient against the fey. With COTW you can also get a weapon training option to make your weapon damage dice scale with level up to 2d8, and another one to give it temporary enhancements for 1 min at a time (similar to magus/paladin).

A 2 handed fighter with an early 2 level dip into Paladin could be useful to buff saves.

Or go with a full paladin as you already have a fighter as your MC.

Alternatively, you could go for something like a 2-Handed Fighter (4-5)/Inquisitor Tactical Leader (15-16) so he can boost his will saves and share teamwork feats with the party.

As a maneuver - no. If you can get it automatically on your attacks (i.e. you are a Monk with Pummeling Style or you are a Wolf) - totally.

High level Barkskin will give you +1. Also you have no Size Bonus to AC. Cast Legendary spell to make yourself Huge, that gives you more natural armor. Also no Magical Armor spell on you, that stacks with other armor bonuses.

Seamantle gives you a +8 cover bonus. It works against most enemies. A Bard with the Inspire Heroics gives a +4 dodge bonus. You can have a cleric cast Magical Vestment on you for an additional +5 armor enhancement bonus. Legendary Proportions gives a +6 Natural Armor Bonus (distinct from Natural Armor Enhancement) though at a cost of a -2 Size penalty to touch AC/AC.

EDIT: This is for Kingmaker right? Make sure to get the Robes of the Protector. +5 Dodge AC. Also Natural Armor Bonus stacks or at least did the last time I played even though its not supposed to in Kangmaker.

but who the hell decided that Lion's Claw was the best choice for Sword Saints?

I ran the numbers and Vanquishers, even with a lower crit chance, is about 30% stronger compared to Lion's Claw.

Assume you have Improved Crit and your strength bonus is +15.

Lion's Claw 42.75

Vanquisher 58.4

Those are the average damage per hit numbers I get. Fuck, you can even get Vanquisher's earlier!
