I think using the article here can change the meaning of the title. The Mystic Land would imply that there is some sort of mystic land around which this, and perhaps future games of the series revolve around. While a lack of article implies, I believe, that "mystic land" is just a theme, central to the game but not a specific thing inside it. Examples of that would be "Dungeons and Dragons" or "Star Wars" or even "Chutes and Ladders".

At any rate, clearly the best name would be "The Mystic Land: A Search for Some Maphaldo".
Some Mystic Kush: Gittin' dat Maphaldo

Good work on the Steam page, but you may want to add captions to the video for deaf players.
Hm, you're right.
I need to check if we can add optional subtitles to videos on Steam (I'm programmer, not Steam publishing veteran :) ).
If it can be done, then 100% I'll do it.
If anyone knows how to do this - let me know please.

Just to reiterate: In English titles all nouns are usually capitalized. It should be:

Mystic Land: The Search for Maphaldo

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2513200/Mystic_Land_The_search_for_Maphaldo/
OK, I hope you are not joking with this as I just contacted Steam support and requested a name change (you can't just rename the game every time you want on Steam ;) ).
I also fixed this in store page but it usually takes a few hours for the changes to show.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, I can see where you are going with this.
Change requested. It's early days for the game anyway, so we have a lot of time to "tinker" with titles and other things ;)

Thanks again for helping. It's appreciated.

You worry too much about the game's subtitle of all things!
Most players will only remember the main title of the game after all.

Lady Error is correct in that the "search" in the title looks wrong just at a glance. It's not a major thing but I usually associate mistakes like this with low effort and trash games on Steam and modulate my expectations accordingly. I would suspect many others do the same. It's such a little thing but the first impression upon seeing a game's page is important to a certain extent.

100% agree
As I mentioned, I already requested the change from Steam support ;)

I have a hard-on just looking at this game. And due to my age, it doesn't happen often lately. Great work. The graphics look gorgeous. Better that Grimoire - no offense Homo Neanderthalensis man, yours has its charm as well and Wizardry 7 is to this days georgous in a way. Also we don't know if this one can keep the quality the whole game. Interface looks good too. If the gameplay and content are at least half as good (and half as big) then thank God for MegaVision Software.
The only gripe i have with this one is lack of profession changing. No Wizardry 7-like that I played (granted - not many) have done it really well. Grimoire had best idea but still missed the point IMO. I understand however why skipping this feature might be a good, and safest, idea

Great work, keep it up. You have won one future customer (at full price, lol) unless you screw something badly. Like go real-time or add dwarf-elf-bear sex.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Some further title ideas:

Mystic Land: Seek Maphaldo
Where in the Mystic Land is Maphaldo?
Realms of Mystic Land Kingdoms: The Mysterious Searching Quest for Maphaldo
Maphaldo World: Quest
