Maybe there was an update of kicktraq trends I don't know about, but from what I have seen this feature predictions really don't have anything to do with a reality. Project will be funded surely. First two days generated more than 14 000 dollars and usually last days generate about as much as first.

Well of course it's just trending number. If I recal correctly, there is usually a steeper uphill toward the end? I guess, that's probably what you saying here.

I think those tools are useful when observing changes. For example, as SausageInYourFace pointed out, today Copper Dreams had some nice kick (more pledges, but also much more money, could be also an effect of upping pledges)... You are right Kickraq provides some projections using previous day data in another graph, though I don't know much about that.

The Matt Chatt and PCGamesN article seem to have taken the chance of successfully funding in a much more optimistic direction although I have a feeling there's a couple of generous backers (possibly from here :obviously:) who contributed to a chunk of today's running total.

Still shame about enhanced soundtrack stretch goal tho
There is still a chance for that if last two days go well. At least there is a chance for first stretch goal. Also afterwards 'Dex can do a fundraiser of its own and maybe enough money comes from paypal that they can do both stretch goals.

Reading this and watching the Matt Chat episode convinced me to back Copper Dreams. I can't believe I missed out on Serpent it looks amazing.

This is on its way to be well and truly funded. Joe and Hannah must be breathing a sigh of relief now.

Looking on how it is going now, I would estimate the final amount of money to be between 52 000-58 000 dollars. Just a feeling after watching many campaigns.

So is there a chance for a Codex fundraiser after all? Or will you not bother if 1 or 2 days will be left?

Interesting comparing the number of backers and money raised compared to Serpents. Approx. 300 less backers (796 to 1092) but $9000 more in money (37K to 28K). Less people but higher pledges.

$25 and less: Serpents 965 backers. Copper Dreams 529 backers
$35 - $75: Serpents 69 backers. Copper Dreams 200 backers
$100 and/or more: Serpents 39 backers. Copper Dreams 54 backers

pledges skyrocketed yesterday but it seems it stagnated again today. That's not a good sign, I feel like this is gonna be in the very least a very tight one. Let's hope I'm wrong.

...Can you back your own project? Like you are 500 bucks away from the goal, so you pledge your own cash to get to it?

If you can't, the devs could create a second KS account as a backer and pledge with their own money. I have two KS accounts (if I want more than one copy of something) so I know you can pledge more than once. But I think it would be some ethical thing pledging money to your own KS. Wouldn't surprise me if this has happened in the past with some Kickstarters though.
