95% of the credit for making it so far goes to Roxorowski's absurdly powerful melee damage (and extra ttacks from Cleave) and Mrowakus'es sleep/web crowd control. I also make a point of maxing everyones heal skill. So far, this has proven to be the wisest thing I've done, as nearly every fight sees someone getting stabilized while at negative HP.

Ulminati has higher hide/move silent than you, since he's only in leather armor and you're in a chain shirt

Also, there may be slightly fewer POLLACKS in the party quite soon.

You'll be lsightly less useless soon bandaid. The problem so far has been your lack of Precise shot. It requires point blank shot to take the feat, so unless you're human or fighter, you can't get it at lvl 1. Without it, you suffer a -4 penalty for firing into melee. And the AI is very melee happy. now that you've finally dinged 3, you actually hit stuff on occasion, although rapid shot is still just a way to make you twice as ineffective in a single round. Once we get hold of some bracers of archery, you should pick up considerably.

Mrowakus -- Keep the second web spell of yours on hand to delay any reinforcements that might show up. If whatevers's in there breaks the hold person spell, use the fear scroll to stop them from causing damage. Other than that, you and Snozzy hang back outside the room and pepper our enemies with projectiles. That way, they'll have to go between 3 of us to hit the squishies.
