According to their Dino Crisis post, the older community wishlist helped convince Capcom to bring DC to GOG so... why the heck did they remove the wishlist in the first place? :|

If we are just posting links for people to vote on, then vote for Armies of Exigo and Lords of Everquest, I guess
https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/armies-of-exigo?as=1649904300
https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/lords-of-everquest-2003?as=1649904300

I think both of them are abandonware at this point, but it wouldn't hurt for GOG to future proof them.

Also, there's a problem with categorization of the list. There's 23 genres in the filter, yet almost 20% of all unreleased games are counted as RPGs.

Here's some more after a cursory search -

Zanzarah: The Hidden Portal - https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/zanzarah-the-hidden-portal?as=1649904300
Both Myth games - https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/myth-ii-soulblighter?as=1649904300 https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/myth-the-fallen-lords?as=1649904300
Nocturne - https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/nocturne?as=1649904300
Mizzurna Falls - https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/mizzurna-falls-1998?as=1649904300
Blair Witch Volume 1 - https://af.gog.com/dreamlist/game/blair-witch-volume-1-rustin-parr?as=1649904300

It's kind of hard to parse through everything, so you have to rely on memories alone. I might not even remember a game I'd like to see, so relying on others to make suggestions isn't a bad idea. But tbh, GOG already has a lot of my childhood favorites, so my guess is that games which aren't available yet have issues that aren't easy to solve.

Does this list even matter? It's not that they can just pick a popular title and start selling it.
It gives them an idea of what to sort out who has the rights for it as a start. Everything i picked on the first version of this thing is now on the store and some stuff came out of ip hell as a result as well.

E.g. gold box stuff, the entire Sierra catalog, etc.

If it works anything like the wishlist, no. Wishes sat there for years without being resolved, but GOG ended up materialziing a bunch of them so they could give an image of it being "real". Galaxy was one of the most request things in the old wishlist, for instance.

In case of some titles, like Dune, they can. Due to Herbert family licensing fees per title - no one would buy them at 20$+ price. It is probably worth to check every 10 years or so if the fee went down.

Oh - and Descent to Undermountain stretches a 'good old game' definition a bit. It is an acquired taste and unsophisticated audience may bury it with negative reviews.
