Sorry, you can only give an exact guess. No 'more than' 'less than'.

Stars falling

The Banned's turn will feature a highly advantageous block-strings, courtesy of slight guards and blocks dices. Let's hope they don't hurt us too much.

01.jpg

eklektyk going down to a Flesh Golem.

02.jpg

Hellraiser survives with a push.

03.jpg

Lund is down, but not out.

04.jpg

Meanwhile, stabby will have to brave a werewolf Blitz.

05.jpg

First one is a push...frenzy kicks in...

06.jpg

Survived with a both down block! Now it's Jaedar's turn..

07.jpg

Gets pushed. Wolf frenzy kicks in...

08.jpg

Wow. He's Badly hurt. Fuck's sake. There goes our Blodger Guard piece. And I thought he was the hardest piece to take down in our team. Very disappoint Jaedar.

09.jpg

Wight pushes on, marking Ricky.

10.jpg

stabby survives another push as the turn ends. Not looking great for the knights as they lost two stars in two turns.

Are We Playing to Win?

Two stars down, and the Knights are still fighting in a near-inconsequential match ...

11.jpg

Everyone gets up. There's Whitewolf on the corner for a scoring threat. He still needs two Go-For-Its though.

12.jpg

stabby dodges and reposition himself for a block, assisting Gondolin.

13.jpg

Didn't really matter.

14.jpg

Only gets a push, Gondolin did not follow up.

15.jpg

Xeno manages his pick up this time..

16.jpg

Risky pass, but seriously - Knights are not really in a mood for a bash-fest. There's just not enough power to win this battle. Best to try score early, reset the line-up.

17.jpg

Xeno with the pass!

18.jpg

FAILED! Wow, on another day, I'd rage. I would've accepted a failed catch from Whitewolf, but a failed throw from him? Jeez. Yes, I checked, Rain doesn't affect throws. Only catches, pick-ups and interceptions.

:rpgcodex: Things aren't looking so great for Knights at the moment.

I assume my star catcher will be stepping down, what with having the same AV as a halfling?

Or will he be fielded if the numbers dwindle enough, in the coming match(es)?

Our play-off opponent is 400 TV above us. You will miss this game. Our chances of progressing is pretty slim. I wouldn't sack you if that's what you're asking. But yours missing the next game is a slight disadvantage. And yeah, your Diving Catch could've nullified the Rain catch penalty in this match, I would've used apoth if it's a win or die situation - but this match isn't one. It's a hard decision. But a 110 TV on AV 7 is steep risk vs low return. And it is not a guaranteed recovery either. Jaedar could've died. And I'd be pretty angry.

Raining Phails of Water

01.jpg

The three human linos gets pushed around some more. eklektyk gets shoved aside.

02.jpg

Lund is down.

03.jpg

They want the ball now. Wight assisting a blitz on Xenomorph. Let's pray.

04.jpg

Mm..Good.

05.jpg

Both players remain standing next to the ball.

06.jpg

Elsewhere, Brother None gets nailed by a claw, but is not hurt. The Banned send their Sure Hands Ghoul to make a try for the ball...

07.jpg

Failed. Twice. Rolled double 1s.

08.jpg

Both sides starting to hate mother nature a bit as the Banned suffered a turnover.

Pick up failure count : 4

I'd love AG 4 right about now.

Knights still have a chance to get the ball - this time , Gondolin starts the block -

01.jpg

Gets a stumble - zombie is down.

02.jpg

Whitewolf, taking risk here with a one die blitz...

03.jpg

Pushed on first try. What about the frenzy's second? 2 Red Dice - this could get risky....

04.jpg

Wow. Just wow. Lucky escape by the Star Player.

05.jpg

Fellow star, Xenomorph, going for broke...

06.jpg

GETS CLEAR OF HIS MARKER !

07.jpg

OH FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

Are you wet?

01.jpg

The Banned starts their turn with an attack on the Star Player, whitewolf. But the first block didn't get him down.

02.jpg

The second one is more decisive, yet no injury.

03.jpg

eklektyk gets pushed.

04.jpg

Lund hits dirt.

05.jpg

While Hellraiser escapes with a push.

06.jpg

Banned's Wight blitzes Xenomorph and successfully takes him down this time. The ball is cleared for pick up.

07.jpg

None gets KO'ed by another wolf. Knights suffering from a real deficit of players on the field... Looks like the Ghoul with Sure Hand is going to try for a pick-up...

08.jpg

You bored? OK, let's dodge.

Both teams are getting flustered by the rain - lots of play being ruined and all - still, Knights are losing the bash fight. It doesn't look like Knights were the ones stopping the Banned's play. More like the pick up rolls.

01.jpg

Doesn't like much of an option. Knights have to risk dodge moves and one dice blocks to make anything.

02.jpg

Gondolin to take the risk first.

03.jpg

Smooth. Gets next to Whitewolf.

04.jpg

One die wake-up blitz.

05.jpg

Only a push at first...

06.jpg

Frenzy's 2nd attack gets a down. Lucky.

07.jpg

Hellraiser brings down a Flesh Golem.

08.jpg

Xenomorph and stabby makes a cautious move towards the ball. Not picking that up. The zone is just too hot at the moment.

09.jpg

eklektyk...

10.jpg

Dodges once!

11.jpg

Dodges twice! Got right where he wanted to be - It's Ricky's turn now...

wmplayer%202013-04-29%2022-06-26-43.jpg

12.jpg

Wow. As the turn ends, everyone realized that there's been four dodges with AG 3 using up no rerolls in this turn. Hnnnnnghhh.

The jackass of all trades

Both teams are getting impatient, The Banned now doing the wake-up blitz on Whitewolf.

01.jpg

02.jpg

03.jpg

Star's still shining bright. Even with that niggling injury acquired on second last game of pre-seasons.

04.jpg

stabby gets in the act too, remaining on his feet.

05.jpg

And just like that, turn over. Banned really not taking any risks. Just waiting. A 0-0 first half after kicking is a good result for him. And drawing is an out, so we're seeing two different approaches here. Knights coach definitely playing the risky game - at a slight disadvantage in numbers and STR.

06.jpg

Now it's the Knight's turn to play.

07.jpg

Whitewolf with a good take down - but no injury. No luck.

08.jpg

Gondolin too, scores a take down - only after rerolling a Red Skull. :decline:

09.jpg

Finally, eklektyk scores a KO on a zombie. I'm getting annoyed by these pussy injury rolls. We really need to equalize the numbers.

10.jpg

Taking risk as far as using Ricky to tackle a ghoul that has no block either.

11.jpg

Both players sprawled on the floor, dicks colliding with thighs upon impact. Turnover.

How low can you go?
The Banned, exerting block strings freely with their superior numbers and power advantage.

01.jpg

LundB downed.

02.jpg

stabby putting dodge to good use. But the Banned Coach calls for reroll and nails him on second try.

03.jpg

Gondolin too, gets KO'ed. This is pretty much a rout in terms of injury scored against Knights.

04.jpg

Whitewolf is still not injured though - and I should be thankful for that.

05.jpg

There goes Xenomorph's worthless ass that dropped the pass and started this chain of block-spams on Banned's favor. :decline: Now the ball is clear for pick up ... here comes the ghoul with sure hands.

06.jpg

:hmmm:

Nothing to play for

Here's the situation - we don't have enough players to make any worthwhile plays. The injury dice is just wrecking any plans we have at the moment.

01.jpg

Lund with no luck on Blitzing. Had to reroll.

02.jpg

Push, nullified by Stand Firm.

03.jpg

Sometimes you just want to do something, anything. And this isn't a good move to make, but not moving seems wrong. So let's move.

04.jpg

Predictable result. Turn over.

05.jpg

More attempted rape on stabby. Survives the first three block dice.

06.jpg

Did not survive the second.

07.jpg

Oh boy, I can afford one veteran catcher missing next game, but two? Hmm. I can't. I gotta call the apothecary.

08.jpg

It worked, and now everyone is gonna get injured without second chances.

09.jpg

Ricky gets taken down by a Wight. Ghoul swoops in for the ball -

10.jpg

And escapes! Turnover. Knights have nothing else to do...

11.jpg

But betting it all on a lino charge!

12.jpg

:rpgcodex: When it wasn't an important dodge, you get it four in a row...

13.jpg

Only gets a push. Eh, he'll score for sure.

14.jpg

Next turn he calls in a Werewolf assist and blitzes past...

15.jpg

1-0 The Banned. Looking good for the play-off spot. I wish the rain would stop already.

If this rain doesn't fucking stop...

01.jpg

Miraculously, the Knights have 11 players on next drive. But it's basically a free bash round. No reason to get excited. One turn touchdown in the rain is iffy at best.

02.jpg

Kick off! Let's hope the rain stops now...

03.jpg

Oh my.

04.jpg

No man's land. We're committed to bash. Damn.

05.jpg

Xeno is just bashing in the LoS, can't risk a dodge out for pick up.

06.jpg

We've plenty of people to setup receivers on the right side - so let's do that.

07.jpg

Garm, stabby is up there.

08.jpg

Brother None, in there as well.

09.jpg

Whitewolf, elbows in with a stun..

10.jpg

Rookie thrower, Riccitiello will have to make this count...

11.jpg

*sigh*

Balls are wet
Banned getting to work, marking our receivers, and starts planning to take out the threatening ones.

01.jpg

Here comes the blitz...

02.jpg

03.jpg

 Fuck's sake stabby.

04.jpg

05.jpg

 Fucking None.

06.jpg

Xeno gets floored too. Sonuvabitch got our number. What else is there to play with?

07.jpg

A half assed blitz by Gondolin that gets nothing.

08.jpg

Take it away, JR. We got no RRs left.

09.jpg

He's IN DA GAME NAO!

10.jpg

Fuck that intercept...

11.jpg

GFI. Bitches love GFIs...

12.jpg

FIRE AWAY!

13.jpg

14.jpg

15.jpg

 Lick that wet ball, cause you fucking deserve it.

16.jpg

:kfc: BLAZE YOUR WAY! TWO GFIS? NO PROBLEM!

17.jpg

18.jpg

Luck is not on our side for the injury rolls. I can't remember the last time we got so many Badly Hurts in a match. And seriously, BB should just let you put minimal three on the field, cause seeing a star player career ended by a random rock throw from the crowd is a bit much.
