I finished the game really suddenly, didn't expected that Hellgate is the end. I played with assassin without charisma, lore and crafting, so I wondering:

I never unravel the mystery of Abyss, Arch, Zamedi and Saross. Are there the way for character like this or not?

There's a guard in front of the entrance to the Abyss saying that zealots showed up and the area is locked. Please tell me he goes the fuck away at some point and I didn't just lock myself out
Yeah you locked yourself out. If you go to Ganezzar before going to the Abyss you are out of luck. I think this was due to some scripting errors or some such.

Not really. You can get something done in most of them (i.e. bash some heads in and get somewhat nifty loot) but you won't be solving any mysteries. If you aren't serving Gaelius you'll probably have to go to Inferiae before Zamedi though.

Yeah, something like that happening in my game.

OK, time for playing loremaster. I will try 4, 4, 7, 8, 10, 7 build.

You need Lore 3 to get the map location for Inferniae at Saross, which indirectly gets you into Zamedi. That's about it for stuff you can do with very low lore/int I think. You can maybe do enough of the arch to die horribly if you want (even that will take more lore I think).

I think the become-a-god ending is just silly. I kind of wish it were a guaranteed bad ending just because it's so obviously insane (e.g. you gotta get the crazy guy in Hellgate that wants a nuclear missile neither of you understand to perform radical high tech surgery on you). I tripped the dialog with that guy and I was like, "Really, AoD? This is how we're gonna do the etch-my-bones-with-magic-circuitry surgery?"

I haven't actually made a character that has decent options for talking to the Zamedi demon but I'd think that would be a much better ally character for the mad-primitive-genius-that-tries-to-out-magi-the-prewar-magi idea. Or you could repair the Inferniae demon. Oh well.

Sorry if this was already asked, but I'm on a second playthrough as a combat character and I managed to sneak into the mine outpost and defeat the workers and guards inside, but now my quest journal tells me to "finish the job" by killing the guards outside, but I can't interact with them or start combat. Any help?

Any tips on the Harran Pass fight with the Ordu? 10/8/8/6/4/4, sword 10, block 7.

I used a couple of Liquid Fire vials, they are super effective in the confined space where the fight takes place. The remaining Ordu were killed by NPCs, didn't even have to hit anyone (similar build to yours).

So, at Dead River, I can repair the bridge controls, but I need a crystal to finish it. Where are all the places I can get it?

My alchemy is something like 2, where can I get liquid fire?

That's great, because I spread my points on streetwise, alchemy, sneak and 4 in traps. And I didn't see any trap until the last part of game. :negative:

Okay, where can I get a rope with a grappling hook? I remember seeing a merchant in Maadoran selling it, but couldn't find it again.

It's made from Rock Oil, the alchemy trader in Maadoran sells some. I don't know if alchemy 2 is enough to make it though, I had it at 4 that point.

The perception check is done when you enter the cemetery.

I think some traders in Maadoran have one.
I think I killed someone in Maadoran (in the slums, most likely) and they had one. Might be wrong, can't quite remember where I got it.

It's good for hybrids. The options it opens up are easier, and you only need persuasion + charisma to pass the check.

The mercenary by the entrance.
there is no mercenary by any entrance (outside, interior, after portal). only a dead body with some weird bomb-looking item.
