The fucker is too dumb to find the edit button to expand upon a post he made. That ain't much. If you don't like what he has to say, isn't that what the ignore button is for?
And he got ignored by Smejki, so what did the ban achieve actually?

Neither does the notion of free speech demand that we express what we want to express in a polite and gentle manner. Nigga it's free speech. It don't come with preconditions if it's free.

Having the right to express your ideas freely and for free in a free to use forum, and being an abusive, uncivilised and hateful jerk are two completely orthogonal concepts — I'm actually quite surprised that so many people have trouble grasping the not-so-subtle difference between the two.

Brown nosing like this should be illegal. Especially for the Codex admin of all things. Let me distill down for you: Codex Admin are not your friends. You're certainly not curtailing any favors by doing so save for ousting yourself as an ass kisser. What's more is that anyone can get banned for the most inane of reasons. Consider the possibility of getting banned tomorrow for doing nothing except hurting some dev/mod/admin's fee fees. Do you see how silly that is? The fact that you see this as something to celebrate shows just how naive you are. It's okay though. Stick around for a couple more years.

His response to Smejki's post is the right way to respond to it, and it's a bad precedent for the site that he was banned for it, whether it's "spammy" or not.

Keep in mind that The Wall is someone who almost always talks about RPGs. He's made several good threads like these two below. He's going on the dev chat rooms and gathering info on them to post here. He's also a funny and entertaining guy, and his socio-political posts are usually on-point.

Not really. Yeah, it can happen in any group of people if you behave like an idiot / they don't like you / etc. Solution: don't behave like an idiot, or find a different group where this behaviour is "normal" or tolerated. That's how this works.

Not quite sure why some of you people are defending that behaviour. It's not fun, not educational, it's just noise and rambling. So if the shitposters get culled a bit and the noise/actual content ratio gets better, I'm all for it.
