Wild Slop
Arcane
ooooh Day 1 purchase. fucking zoomer speak. I thought maybe it was gamer speak for dip. Now what does that mean? : old :
After what I've seen from the play test I must have assurances of performance issues being addressed and resolved. I like the atmosphere, purging the unclean, and matching with a friend, but at the end of the day it is a hoard shooter and it will likely get worn out real fast. Also that DLC milking looms above like the Sword of Damocles - and this is before dip.
With a little bit of searching, and I mentioned this already, I've seen performance is a widely experienced problem. Some testimonies having far better systems than mine running poorly, or at least performing far lower than what they should be. On that note if someone dumps loads of money into a gaming PC it is their right to take issue with that.
I've even seen people with lower systems than mine saying it runs well. Having said that I would love to have the trouble of only 60 fps that some higher end people say the get.
I guess if you get this game you should know it's going to be a coin toss if it runs playable - regardless of the system you run it on.
Reading over the problems people like me were having I see responses like 'Update your drivers, duh' (like anyone didn't think of that) 'Time to upgrade' (talking to 3080 owners), 'Did you try turning off bloom' 'seems like a hardware problem' and a mountain of other horseshit.
Now those nonsense answers coming from the community, not the developers, but it leads me to now have a demand they acknowledge the performance troubles. Failure to acknowledge the hit of miss performance equals a fuck you from them to me and right back at them.
oh right - two more common responses "this is beta and so it should be expected" "they probably have us testing a many versions old game, the real one is already fixed we just don't see it'. They say this knowing the final release is the end of next month.
