I guess it's safe to assume the game won't be dumbed-down in that area.

You are making me want to play both Vampire the Masquerade storytelling and the computer game. Sadly, only one of them is possible.

It's like the CD Projekt PR/marketing speak: "CP77 is not a first-person shooter; it's a first-person RPG with shooting mechanics!"Interesting to see this level of graphical detail on non first person. That narrows genre down a lot (it can't be a strategy game ect.).
Third person only?
NWN2 style overhead free cam but special camera in dialog?
"I said it's not a first person shooter, not that it wasn't first person!" type dodge?
Featuring 200-plus abilities and questlines? What if they're developing telltale-style interactive movie
there was a recent french adventure with rpg elements, The Council i think.Featuring 200-plus abilities and questlines? What if they're developing telltale-style interactive movie
That much effort for a Telltale-styled would still be overkill IMO.there was a recent french adventure with rpg elements, The Council i think.Featuring 200-plus abilities and questlines? What if they're developing telltale-style interactive movie

She must be counting all the different clan's ability.Even if she's putting Attributes, Abilities, Disciplines, etc... under the same umbrella, that's a whole lot.
we need more immersive sim rogue lites
Fallout is not a turn-based combat game; it's an isometric RPG with turn-based combat mechanics! It's like the CD Projekt PR/marketing speak: "CP77 is not a first-person shooter; it's a first-person RPG with shooting mechanics!"
The difference is Fallout IS an RPG, while CP2077 is indeed a shooter.
Because we've seen game demos and I havestrictstupid definitions.
How come CP2077 is a shooter but Deus Ex is an RPG?Because we've seen game demos and I have strict definitions.
