I tried that Metal Max Returns game, but as soon as I patch it both Snes 9x and ZNES refuse to load the game (even if the game worked before pthe patching). Any ideas?
From translation readme:
Quick ROM Info:
4.00MB (32mbit LoROM), WITHOUT Header (*exactly* 4,194,304 bytes)
Check if your rom has correct size (it's not likely), remove header using
SnesTool

Tested and confirmed. It works now. Many thanks.

You got me curious, so I did the googling:

Wikipedia said:
The subtitle of Tactics Ogre, Let Us Cling Together, is a reference to the Queen song Teo Torriatte (Let Us Cling Together) from their album A Day at the Races.

Anyway the translation was full of aids and fail when i tried it - check the introduction.
The psx version is still preferred by me.

I've read that it's easier and less scary than previous games in the series.
That's all I know, this series is still on my "to play" list.

I prefer to use something a tad more modern, like NSRT.
Next-gen bullshit...

You mean Snes version of Tactics Ogre: LUCT?
AGTP guys used the shitty PSX translation, so it should be superior tech-wise (PSX version has frequent loading) and on the same level as PSX version translation-wise.
This is... Tactics Ogre. Not much else needs to be said, really. In all honesty, this is not a retranslation of any sort - I´ve just dropped the official Playstation script into the game, and although I will be twinking it here and there for grammar and such, it´s mostly fine. It IS done and I am frankly sick of looking at it. Enjoy.
This led to some drama on AGTP forums, because some people thought that AGTP guys were working on full retranslation.

More important thing is, I've read that AGTP translation crashes the game.

Somebody tested it for a longer period?

From what I've read, Gemini's list of priorities looks like this: Echo Night 2, Soul Hackers, Rhapsody 2.

Lunatic dawn is great. It's a mixture of mud, roguelike and dungeon crawl. Don't play the 3D diablo version, it sucks. The only version worth playing is Lunatic Dawn - the 3rd book, it's turn base isometric. Lunatic Dawn 2 is better in the exploration aspects but the combat is a goatse RT system.

Either you can read japanese or you are using a walkthrough to play the game - if it's the latter, i'd really like to know where you found it. The more I read about these games (especially from that Kitsune guy over at Quartertothree), the more I'm dying to play them. Also, it'd be ace to have a walkthrough for Weltorv Estelia, which sounds awesome as hell as well but playing without understanding the fucking japanese text is definately not an option.

I was going to post when I came back but thought it would qualify as necroposting. Since you revived it, in any case...

Remember11, the age of infinity is now in English, and it's actually pretty amazing.

Also, since I was last there, Sengoku Gensokyo has been translated, a game based on a pretty weird version of Sengoku Rance's gameplay but with a diferent plot, the touhou girls, and no ero, though it is kind of like playing with excel sheets given the battles have no animations whatsoever.

And, since we are talking Touhou, Labyrinth of Touhou has spend a good time translated, so if you want a dungeon crawler so hard you'll cry give it a try.

And while it isn't new, since a year ago or so Bunny Must Die: Chelsea and the Seven Devils, the weirdest metroidvania ever, has a translation patch going around the internet, and it is awesome...

I have more written somewhere, I'll check the where later.
