Foreigners in KCD1 talked in their own language and the subtitles reflected that, like the Cumans who spoke in Hungarian or the Pole in the KCD2 showcase who spoke in Polish. Even if that nigger knew Latin (which was the lingua franca at the time), Henry would still be unable to understand him since he only knows Czech.
