IIRC Gilbert up and left the company after it was finished. What do you think?

The thing with ME is that I can't see it not being on sale again for at least the 50% off it is now so might as well wait it out. ME was $5 once so I'm sure there might be a bundle for $15 eventually as we get closer to ME3. I don't think the DLC will ever be on Steam since Bioware has it's own digital storefront -- maybe it is on sale now via that platform?
I don't imagine the DLC will be on Steam, but if they release a GotY or ultimate edition or whatever it might be included. I think that's how the Dragon Age bundle handles it anyway, I think it's rolled in with the installation as opposed to registering the key to Bioware and then downloading all the DLC.

It's good for what it is, but I waited 2+ years only to find out it was a console exclusive for the first several months... I can wait it out even longer for a $10 bundle of both games. It only has about 8-10 hours of game play.

Fuck I hate my country of retards with no classification above MA15+

Australian censorship

On July 20, 2009, Risen was refused classification[12] in Australia by the OFLC. According to the game's Australian distributor, Madman Interactive, the OFLC cited[13] "sexual activity and drug use related to incentives or rewards" as the reason for the refusal.

Ass backwards fucktards, 98% in a poll said they would like R18, the gubment said those 2% and the ones who did not vote in the poll were a 'silent majority'

Whats a convict to do......

Most of the deals have been pretty meh. It's like they blew their wad on meatboy, and now everything is just sort of reasonably priced.

Haven't played it but it was part of a $5 indie pack I bought during the Black Friday sale, so... chances are it'll eventually be part of another pack again.

Ended up only buying Darksiders today. Talked myself out of ME2 since I'm hoping for a $5-10 GotY edition next year, BBLE since fuck those guys and their DRM and rabble rabble rabble, and Operation Flashpoint since even though it was $3 I doubt I'd ever really want to play it.

I think I'll pick up that Patrician and Darkstar One bundle eventually though. Read a few things saying Patrician 3 was better than 4, and at $2.50 and with Darkstar One thrown in what the hell.

Just splurged on the Paradox Complete Pack. Already had Warband but now I can look forward to some intense turnbased action.
Is there even one game in that pack which is turn based?

Eh, I'm just jealous :D

edit: there's no Divine Wind in that pack?

edit: OK, Rise of Prussia is there, and it's TB. ;)

Wow, probably nothing for me again today for the third day in a row. They're really cutting back on their discounts for mainstay tittles. Borderlands stuff was 75% off during the Summer Sale. Might have picked Claptrap up for $3, but not for $5 -- honestly don't think the Borderlands DLC is worth very much. Almost half of today's stuff is military shooters which don't interest me.

It's a great price on the King Arthur pack but I'm not so sure the game play is for me... sort of looks like an RTS from some screen shots.

Hm, Overlord pack looks nice. Heard the game were ok but not very deep. I guess that at that price it's ok to take the risk.

Picked up claptrap DLC at this price. Since I bought the rest of the game so cheap and have played it so much, $5 will do for me.

I was waiting for a deal like this to get it but I received it as a gift a couple of months ago.

No one commented on the New Vegas deal though?

I'd rather wait a year or so until GOTY edition is out -- Steam hasn't sold any of the FO3 DLC at a significant discount.

Regarding Overlord, you really can't go wrong for $3. The game play isn't that deep but it's good comedic/mindless fun with some puzzle elements. The Raising Hell expansion really doesn't add that much -- new areas for each of the 'bosses' in the first game but you can pass on it. Additionally, I only played Overlord 2 for around 3 hours before I put it aside and haven't gotten back to it. I actually think it looks a bit worse than the first one. If you're in doubt I'd just get Overlord for $0.75 -- the games will be on sale again, eventually, and you can just pick up Overlord 2 then and not worry about the expansion.

Saints Row 2 is sold cheaply as well, nice, I had a blast with it even with its lousy optimization. The game is just hilarious.

Going to give the stuff a pass again today. Not a fan of modern RTS so that rules out Arthur -- might have tried the demo if I didn't feel like downloading a 2 gig file.
