Lol, just recruited Dorn for the first time, after getting back from the Underdark. First thing after joining, he bitches at me for banging the drow princess back in Ust-Natha. Firstly, how do you know this, and secondly, why the fuck do you care, faggot?
Well he is a faggot so not sure what you were expecting?

Don't know if it's good or not, but even though I'm usually happy to see a multi-hour video on vidya, 3,5 hours on lvl 4 spells alone seems excessive.

Haven't watched the whole things, but putting globe of invulnerability ahead of minor sequencer is a travesty in itself. Idk if he use SCS, this also change a few things.

Just tell him the truth, she is smoking hot and it was part of the overall deception to get back the Silver Dragon eggs. Dont worry your relationship with Dorn will survive this little indiscretion?

Making a 3.5 hour video on 5% of the magical spells in a 22 year old game that hardly anyone still plays (virtually none of which haven't already mastered the game) is a weird way to use your mid life crisis energy.

Also just read the spell descriptions lol. There's like 1 in 10 spells that actually have something novel worth talking about.

Like people are not wasting 100 times that amount of time playing games, scrolling socials and watching yt. God bless this dude and you shut up.

Guy has some controversial takes, like dissing Greater Malison. It seems he plays mostly solo on Insane, but not with scs... Weird. He has also made quite a few mistakes, like saying sorcerers had access to certain spells in the original bg(sic!!!!!!), or not being sure if Ice Storm was in the vanilla BG2.

Background noise mostly. Still, god bless the dude.

Goys, goys, lamestream yt yids vids are lamestream. There is this GIRL* with a BG blog, dontcha know...

https://store.steampowered.com/app/228280/Baldurs_Gate_Enhanced_Edition/: 20 bucks. Enhanced edition was released in 2013, and Baldur's Gate was released 1998, making it 24 years old, and the enhanced edition is 9 years old. Here is a look at the price history: highest it's been is 20 dollars: it still is 20 dollars but dips at 3 dollars for sales.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/257350/Baldurs_Gate_II_Enhanced_Edition/, Baldur's Gate 2, 20 bucks. Enhanced edition was released in 2013, Baldur's Gate II was released in 2000, making it 22 years old, and the enhanced edition is 9 years old. Here is the price history: highest it's been is 25 dollars, is 20, but dips at 3 dollars.

This is absolutely retarded and I hate this practice of sales. A game's price shouldn't exceed it's years. Not only that, the prices for the enhancements has remain fixed: it never permanently goes down. It however, is cut by a digit when a sale comes, which I find to be a disgusting practice. Sales are fine, even charging a lot for a game can be justified: but for an nine year old remake to still be 20 dollars unless there's a sale, that is unreasonable, at least to me.
It reminds me of the thing mobile games would do, where they would say an item is on sale/running out, despite it clearly not being expiry.
Still this isn't the worse example, Wizardry 6+7 is 6 dollars, for a 32 year old game. Just so GOG can bundle the game with DOSBOX and not let you adjust the window by default.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Steam are a bunch of cunts anyway. I still don't understand what "Checking the integrity of game files" actually means and why they would lose their integrity to require retrieval. Don't get that with CD's, GOG, or copy>pasted folders of the game saved to a hard drive.

I'm assuming it's a mod thing that overites the original files. But since almost every game these days is modded, it baffles me that Steam still operates the way it does.

Go into your Steamapps/common directory and delete a bunch of random shit from game folders. Then try verify integrity of game files.

Yep, I know how it's done, but I'm just curious as to why it needs to be done?. Is it me installing tits and ass mods on Skyrim that damage root files of the game that need to be replaced, or something else?.

What I'm getting at is I have problems with Steam games that this methiod typically fixes, but these are problems I don't really get with GOG games. So if I was gonna recommend someone buying and modding BG, I'd say go with the GOG version.

It took all these years for us grognards to get a BG3 and a continuation of the lore for the original characters (when I was laways hoping to see them in other RPGs released by Obsidian, or recognised in FR novels) and when we finally get something...it's faggotry.

I thought this video was fanfiction until I saw it was an official WOTC book at the end. Stuff like: Xan changes "their" gender regularly and Kivan married Cernd.

>Insert wood jokes here<

Edit: thought I'd summarize it a bit in case you can't stand the pratty voice narration.
