The game is a mess: for some reason devs decided to add bunch of mechanics but they'd better stayed making a proper VN. The art is superb (mostly) and a premise of the story is pretty good but then... it starting to branching in a pretty weird way. I mean, basically if you're not into cuckoldery or some heavy submissive stuff there'll be almost no content for you. I played maybe a year ago or so. but then have read some reviews etc and seems that they just continue that direction. Also it's too verbose, even for my taste (I liked DE a LOT).

- Erotic scenes don't disrupt the flow of the gameplay, but rather are an important part of it. You don't always have to defeat enemies with your sword, sometimes jizzing on them is enough.
- Bedded monster girls can become loyal followers (although I'm not sure how they affect the gameplay).
- Don't expect much from the translation. The game uses an auto translator, some of the translated text is barely comprehensible. You can still figure out what you're supposed to do most of the time.

BTW where are all the storyfags? There are some graphic whores here and some gameplayfags, but surely good story and masterfully written dialogues and "actions" will help you wank much more than graphics and gameplay. Though maybe I'm wrong, haven't played a single porn game yet.

Seeds of Cuck is funny because he kept adding gay, femdom and cuck shit over the objections of his patreons. He kept running polls and his patreons rejected all the gay/bi/cuck shit, then he would add it in anyway "to be balanced". I'm still early days, manual stat assignment is pretty cool but though I didn't do any intentional grinding I'm already starting to feel slightly overpowered and I can see the combat becoming repetitive already, initial setup into auto for most of the random encounters. The synopsis was rad but I've already started to skim through most of it, characters aren't interesting, all tropes so far.

Just on the cusp of letting it collect dust BUT when you say disturbing horror, in what way? Feel free to spoil story beats. I like disturbing themes, horror aesthetics (treading new ground for a JRPG) and I'm intrigued.

I have found Evenicle to be pretty good, made by same devs as Sengoku Rance. You don't need to do any grinding to progress the story, combat isn't very deep but enjoyable for this kind of game, art is very nice and drawn by Senran Kagura artist. Wordbuilding is pretty wack, but the characters are enjoyable and carry the plot well enough. There're a few disturbing scenes like in Sengoku Rance, so don't tell nobody warned you. My only gripes are that you get best girl too soon, and everyone else just can't compare, endgame to get max lvl and all scenes is grindy. The music is nice. Most importantly, the art's not censored. It's one of the few eroge that I've played to the end despite its length, would play again. I can't link it here, but it's available on Steam.

Does this game (narrative) get any better? Played it near release, think I've gotten pretty far but got derailed and haven't really wanted to get back to it. Story had some interesting elements (world was interesting), main character was boring (tedious personality, made me start to skip a bunch of the dialogue), liked the introduction of Kathryn (antagonistic relationship between her and Riche made me smile) but the deal breaker was the mechanics, standard JRPG fare, relatively simple.

- The content can be rather uneven. Most of the content that's created by Fenoxo is great, but there's a lot of content created by other users that's IMO sub par.
- This game is very hard to rate, since this kind of erotic content is very polarizing. But if you're feeling adventurous and don't mind getting raped by a minotaur every now and then, you might give this game a try.

Gameplay's pretty much same even in the end, story stays ok. I think it's very worth playing it for the fap content, but gameplay or story won't become anything special, the biggest difference is your party will get some strong optional abilities against certain types of enemies + Gurigura's instakill ability goes up to 80%.
