Acting Lessons, its a pretty great visual novel, handling adult themes rather well. It has hands down the best writing among any adult games and i cant really talk about it without giving shit away. All i can tell you is that the characters have believable motivations.

Pretentious shit with dubious themes for an adult game. Still better than many, many absolutely worthless similiar VNs out there tho. His next game, BeDIK is much better because it's focuses more on actual entertainment although it's far from being finished.

In an industry filled with games about fucking this one stands out because it actually gives some depth to the characters and puts them in a rough spot. And while i believe thats largely uncalled for, it is nice to see people take the risk sometime.

The crazy murderer killing my girl one. Shit came out of nowhere, didn't really foreshadow it or set up her personality well enough for it to land for me. Still appreciated that they went for it though, had impact but had to suspend disbelief.

Its all up to the choices youve made. You can end up with Lenah, Melissa, Megan, Rena or Ana. You can end up getting them pregnant, marrying them, or just as a couple. The game itself can go very differently depending on your choices, from entering a relationship with both Melissa and Megan at the same time to staying with one. When the going gets tough how well youve treated Liam will make a lot of difference, if youve been good to him he will be there when you need him the most. Liam will not touch a girl unless you give him your blessing.

Like I already said, it's still better than most of similiar games. Unfortunately, it's not a high praise. If we zoom out even a little AL becomes shit in no time. The whole point of the game's writing is to squeeze as much emotions as possible in order to invest players into it but it's done by use of the cheapest drama tricks like I couldn't beleive. When I reached the most prominent twist

and realized that it's solid and cannot be avoided I laughed fucking hard. Then I went to discussion on f95 and saw that people had some serious mental breakdown over this so I wondered: what else did they read in their life? Aside from cool twists there're so much little pretentious remarks which are suppose to compel that it's some serious heartful story while its plot is way ridiculous for that.

That said, AL was merely his pen test and since he clearly has some talent in storytelling, again like I said, no surprise that BaDIK feels 10 times better because so far it's stripped from ridiculous shit. There're some cheap tricks again but they are on much lesser scale and serving a simple purpose: to maintain interest between long updates to give people stuff to talk about (and they do - on f95 the game's 2 y.o. thread has almost 6k pages - it's insane).

Well, to be clear, there's lots of scenes in our game where she says she enjoys the sex (both in text / in the voicework); she's also never physically harmed, degraded verbally or anything like that, traumatized, or really suffering in any way from any of the sex in the game at any point.
On top of that, sex only happens during the entire game either because the player deliberately goes for it or screws up too, so canonically, she never even has sex at any point during the game (and you don't have to have any sex to get the best endings too).

But besides that, Steam doesn't ban for rape in games; there's countless ones on Steam that are far, far more extreme rape than what we have which is at worst, dub-con.

The only three things Steam bans for are;

• Underage characters (this includes flat chested characters that claim they're adults)
• School settings (at all; cosplaying in a schoolgirl outfit, visiting your old school, going to college, any of that = instaban)
• Obvious troll games that are made just to shock/offend purposefully

There are many adult games on Steam that contain many of, if not all of the following;

• Bestiality
• Incest
• Guro
• Rape
• BDSM
• Monsters
• Tentacles

etc.

So if an adult game gets banned from Steam, in 100% of cases, it's been one of the three above reasons.

Like any platform, there's games that get through the cracks (or are ignored completely because of the publisher/developer's status, like how Life is Strange 2 has underage sex scenes, but because it's by Square-Enix, it's allowed).
Context also matters too; if the point of a game isn't to tittilate, sex gets way more leeway.
(This is why if you're planning on making an adult game, it's probably a good idea to make your game as gameplay-heavy and actually a quality game as much as possible.)
