- A phenomenal strategy game / visual novel hybrid.
- Absolutely HUGE amount of unique NPCs to encounter and recruit. You have unique dialogue and sex scenes with most of them.
- The story is actually really good.
- High production values. Great visual presentation and excellent music. An AliceSoft masterpiece.
- Everyone of your dozens of NPCs gain Exp and new skills.
- Conquer enemy territory with your armies, send scout and spies on espionage missions, deal with civil unrest, explore dungeons etc.
- Hundreds of hours worth of content.
- Requires a lot of reading. You can skip most it though if you merely want to enjoy the gameplay.
5. House Party (3d dating sim, first-person, point & click, rpg, western)
Much like the hailed RPGS of yore, House Party contains intricate, branching narratives that drives our writing team to drink to excess. Every choice you make will have a reaction in your playthrough. Sometimes simple things can affect your party in the most magnificent of ways. House Party plays like a first-person RPG with interactive game models, characters, and physics.

- The game description above isn't shitting you about C&C. This game has surprisingly deep branching quests that are often time sensitive. Many quests can be missed if they're not done before a certain story moment. It's very unlikely you can experience all game content with just one playthrough, unless you use a walkthrough and reload constantly.
- Realistically behaving, interesting NPCs. Characters don't simply wait for you to come talk to them, but rather move around in the house and interact with other NPCs. Important part of the gameplay is listening them conversing with each other while not joining the conversation yourself. You cannot simply steal items if someone's watching - you have to distract them or wait until no one's around. NPCs also keep track of how you interact with other NPCs - helping someone might make another NPC angry and lock out her quest.
- As mentioned above, the game is extremely reactive to your actions. You can genuinely do some roleplaying, since the world operates in a logical way. This is why I have to give the game a perfect Gameplay score.
- Exploration is often rewarded. You often have to combine items or inspect them to find out how they can be used. Items are used in a logical way - no Sierra logic here.
- You can whip out your junk, jerk off or undress anytime you want, but most of the time it will get a negative reaction from NPCs. It's still pretty fun to see the reaction from a girl when she gets a load of jizz on her booty from a guy she just met.
- The game is still in alpha, but there's already a ton of content. Even if you use a walkthrough and run through the game, it still lasts around 10 hours. If you take your time exploring and trying out different options, it'll take much longer. There's also a lot of user created content to play after you've finished the main game.
- If you don't use cheats, getting to the erotic content takes hours. You have to do multiple tasks for each NPC before they're ready to get horizontal with you. For this reason Fappability score is not higher. Erotic scenes are pretty good, although not on par with Treasure of Nadia.
- The game has great voice acting and music. Graphics are a bit dated, but still serviceable.
- Mostly hetero content between two adults. Also 1 or 2 gay characters available.
tl;dr: A realistic first-person simulation of a college party. It has excellent NPCs, branching questlines and a ton of reactivity and C&C. Highly recommended for it's immersive gameplay and quality erotic content.

- A gorgeous sex simulator with very little actual gameplay. Basically an interactive hentai porn film, or rather a collection of such films.
- Graphically very impressive. Character models are detailed and animations fluid. Many different locales available as backdrops for the sex acts.
- A ton of different sex positions available. Whatever you find in Kamasutra can probably be found in this game. Threesome is also available.
- The characters you have sex with have very little personality. You can chat with them in the brothel lounge and during sex scenes, but they don't have complex personalities. In my opinion this hurts the Fappability rating.
- The game uses automated machine translation, so translations is serviceable at best.
- Gameplay is nonexistent. This is a game where you choose a girl to have sex with and a location where the magic happens. During the sex act you have a ton of different positions and clothing options available.
- The more you "practice" with a particular girl, the more skilled she becomes. Higher skill levels unlock new sex positions. New locales can also be unlocked through gameplay.
- The game includes a very detailed character customization tool, so you can try to create your favorite anime girl to serve as your blow up doll. There's also a large community of content creators that will surely create a lot of additional content for the game.
tl;dr If you're searching for a sex simulator that doesn't waste your time and goes straight to the action, this might be the perfect adult game for you.

- An immersive day and night cycle! NPCs have their own unique daily schedules that you have to pay attention to.
- Form a relationship with any NPC you meet (which are all female) and try to romance them.
- You can make phone calls and send text messages to every female you meet and get unique responses from all of them.
- Doesn't have that many adult scenes, so not exactly good for fapping.
8. Corruption of Champions (text-based, rpg, adventure, gender bender, rape, futanari, furry, western)
Corruption of Champions is an erotic text based and browser based flash game. The player assumes the role of a recently extradited citizen of a village, where it has become a tradition that every year a "Champion" is chosen to battle against demons to protect the village. Thus they have sent the player through a portal to an unknown dimension in which they will choose their own path in order to either fight the evil or embrace it.

- Most encounters have different outcomes based on your character's traits, stats and corruption level.
- Only small inanimate still images. You have to use your imagination.
- No music or sound effects.
- The content can be rather uneven. Most of the content that's created by Fenoxo is great, but there's a lot of content created by other users that's IMO sub par.
- This game is very hard to rate, since this kind of erotic content is very polarizing. But if you're feeling adventurous and don't mind getting raped by a minotaur every now and then, you might give this game a try.

- Don't expect much from the translation. The game uses an auto translator, some of the translated text is barely comprehensible. You can still figure out what you're supposed to do most of the time.

- A hardcore survival RPG that revolves around keeping Lona safe in a twisted, disgusting and brutal world. In LonaRPG the player is punished severely for his mistakes and most of the erotic content enforces this theme. Lona is a sweet girl and you really don't want to see her violated is the most horrible ways imaginable. Also, the game doesn't end or force you to reload after Lona gets gang raped or when she is forced into slavery - instead you can try to survive against all odds even after such horrible events. The fear of getting caught and being violently raped or forced into slavery motivates you to be constantly on your toes. This is brilliant game design if you ask me.
- Great visuals inspired by games like the Darkest Dungeon. Far above the quality of your typical RPGMaker game. Lona's portrait often fills a large portion of the screen and her expressions tell you her physical and mental state.
- Surprisingly deep gameplay mechanics. You can gather fruit and herbs that you can then turn into various medicines, work as a waitress, as a dancer or as a prostitute, recruit party members, sneak in bushes to avoid enemies or throw rocks to distract them, set traps, pickpocket, use a lantern to illuminate dark areas (if you have a free hand), become a slave, become pregnant and give birth after a realistic pregnancy period / or get an abortion, provoke enemies to fight each other and steal stuff from their corpses etc etc etc. And this is all done in real time.
- The game keeps track of your physical appearance and mental state. Each dramatically affect how NPCs and monsters react to your presence. If you strip naked in the middle of a bar, drunk customers will likely try to gang rape you. However the owner of the bar might come to your aid and beat the living crap out of the drunken rapists. If you look dirty, guards might not let you to through the city gates. If you're equipped with high-quality weapons and other equipment, robbers and monsters are less likely to attack you.
- I'm pretty sure you can complete the game without killing a single creature. There are multiple ways to develop your character. Non-violent foraging is one of the best ways to survive and enrich yourself.
- You need to eat, rest, go to toilet, shower and take care of other basic needs. If you neglect these basic needs, you'll become sick and start crawling around exhausted, which usually leads to someone mugging and raping you.
- Paper doll character portrait, you can equip items to different body parts. You can also receive damage to different body parts and they can become crippled.
- Prostitution is the most difficult way to survive in this game. You can sell yourself, but you're constantly in danger of being robbed, enslaved or worse. It also doesn't pay well, since there's prostitutes around every corner in this corrupted world.
- LonaRPG remind me quite a lot of Kenshi. It has similar bleak and merciless world where your every action has consequences. It also doesn't have a clear linear story - you can try to survive the way you see fit.
- This game is not suitable for fapping, unless you're into violent rape, gore or scat.

Brothel King is another take on Sim Brothel and gets some inspiration from other games, such as Slave maker. If you like the original Sim Brothel, you're going to love this.

- You control 3 pregenerated female adventurers, who all have their unique strengths and weaknesses.
- You can fight monsters with weapons, magic or by seducing them.
- Erotic content primarily during combat. In the combat screen each girl has an animated image that can perform provocative gestures and sexual acts. Each girl has unique animations with most enemy types.
- Erotic scenes during combat fly by rather quickly and there's no way to stop or loop the animation. The animations are very nice though.
- Story and characters are rather basic, but they create an adequate backdrop for adventuring. There are only a few NPCs to interact with.
- Gaining levels and all that rpg goodness is actually done pretty well. Rpg elements are not very deep, but gaining new skills and equipment is still fun.
14. Monster Girl Island (dating sim, VR, first-person, animated 3D models, adventure, monster girl, hentai, western)
A 3d adult game with an anime-inspired artstyle, featuring monster girls as the main focus. The gameplay is divided into "story mode" and "free roam". The story mode, as the name implies, consists in progressing through the story, getting to know the main girls and unveiling the mysteries of the island.

- Very nice audiovisual presentation. Detailed character models and excellent animations. Lively and upbeat music that's suitable for a lighthearted anime adventure. No voice acting.
- The game has a day and night cycle and the locales can look really beautiful depending on the time of day. Watching a sunset on a sandy beach is genuinely an awe-inspiring experience. Lighting overall is done really well.
- Erotic scenes use in-game 3D character models and are very well-crafted. Excellent, smooth animations. If you like the art style, you can easily fap to this stuff.
- I didn't try the game in VR, but I'm sure the erotic scenes would be awesome in VR.
- The game seems to be somewhat lacking content. The story mode progresses really slowly. There are only a couple of things to do during each day. Exploration is very limited and not rewarded.
- Getting from one erotic scene to another takes 1-2 hours.
- The quest design and gameplay overall are pretty horrendous. You are asked to collect 5 crabs, then 5 logs, then 8 slimes etc. to get an erotic scene as a reward. Classic Pavlovian stuff. Your saliva will be running when the bell rings in no time.
- Other than collecting 10 bear asses, you're expected to play some simple minigames, walk around at an excruciatingly slow pace and talk to some rather bland NPCs.
- There's a story that might get interesting further down the road, but the game is still in development and the story is not finished.
- If the overall gameplay was better, I'd be tempted to give this game a perfect 5/5 Fappability rating. Unfortunately the repetitive tasks you're expected to perform in order to get to the erotic scenes take away part of the enjoyment.

- A nice little rpg, where you tame wild monsters by letting them have their way with your main character.
- Tamed monsters will become playable party members. They gain Exp and become more powerful over time.
- Pretty interesting and well-designed combat system. You have to plan your party members attack order carefully, since you and your enemy can gain significant benefits by executing commands at a particular turn.
- Adult content is almost exclusively main character being ravaged by various monsters. Spritework is mediocre.
- Not a very fappable game, but the interesting gameplay will keep you entertained for a couple of hours.

- The game description above isn't shitting you about C&C. This game has surprisingly deep branching quests that are often time sensitive. Many quests can be missed if they're not done before a certain story moment. It's very unlikely you can experience all game content with just one playthrough, unless you use a walkthrough and reload constantly.
- Realistically behaving, interesting NPCs. Characters don't simply wait for you to come talk to them, but rather move around in the house and interact with other NPCs. Important part of the gameplay is listening them conversing with each other while not joining the conversation yourself. You cannot simply steal items if someone's watching - you have to distract them or wait until no one's around. NPCs also keep track of how you interact with other NPCs - helping someone might make another NPC angry and lock out her quest.
- As mentioned above, the game is extremely reactive to your actions. You can genuinely do some roleplaying, since the world operates in a logical way. This is why I have to give the game a perfect Gameplay score.
- Exploration is often rewarded. You often have to combine items or inspect them to find out how they can be used. Items are used in a logical way - no Sierra logic here.
- You can whip out your junk, jerk off or undress anytime you want, but most of the time it will get a negative reaction from NPCs. It's still pretty fun to see the reaction from a girl when she gets a load of jizz on her booty from a guy she just met.
- The game is still in alpha, but there's already a ton of content. Even if you use a walkthrough and run through the game, it still lasts around 10 hours. If you take your time exploring and trying out different options, it'll take much longer. There's also a lot of user created content to play after you've finished the main game.
- If you don't use cheats, getting to the erotic content takes hours. You have to do multiple tasks for each NPC before they're ready to get horizontal with you. For this reason Fappability score is not higher. Erotic scenes are pretty good, although not on par with Treasure of Nadia.
- The game has great voice acting and music. Graphics are a bit dated, but still serviceable.
- Mostly hetero content between two adults. Also 1 or 2 gay characters available.
tl;dr: A realistic first-person simulation of a college party. It has excellent NPCs, branching questlines and a ton of reactivity and C&C. Highly recommended for it's immersive gameplay and quality erotic content.

- A hardcore survival RPG that revolves around keeping Lona safe in a twisted, disgusting and brutal world. In LonaRPG the player is punished severely for his mistakes and most of the erotic content enforces this theme. - The game keeps track of your physical appearance and mental state. Each dramatically affect how NPCs and monsters react to your presence. If you strip naked in the middle of a bar, drunk customers will likely try to gang rape you. However the owner of the bar might come to your aid and beat the living crap out of the drunken rapists. If you look dirty, guards might not let you to through the city gates. If you're equipped with high-quality weapons and other equipment, robbers and monsters are less likely to attack you.
- I'm pretty sure you can complete the game without killing a single creature. There are multiple ways to develop your character. Non-violent foraging is one of the best ways to survive and enrich yourself.
- You need to eat, rest, go to toilet, shower and take care of other basic needs. If you neglect these basic needs, you'll become sick and start crawling around exhausted, which usually leads to someone mugging and raping you.
- Paper doll character portrait, you can equip items to different body parts. You can also receive damage to different body parts and they can become crippled.
- Prostitution is the most difficult way to survive in this game. You can sell yourself, but you're constantly in danger of being robbed, enslaved or worse. It also doesn't pay well, since there's prostitutes around every corner in this corrupted world.
- LonaRPG remind me quite a lot of Kenshi. It has similar bleak and merciless world where your every action has consequences. It also doesn't have a clear linear story - you can try to survive the way you see fit.

- The game has a day and night cycle and the locales can look really beautiful depending on the time of day. Watching a sunset on a sandy beach is genuinely an awe-inspiring experience. Lighting overall is done really well.
- Erotic scenes use in-game 3D character models and are very well-crafted. Excellent, smooth animations. If you like the art style, you can easily fap to this stuff.
- I didn't try the game in VR, but I'm sure the erotic scenes would be awesome in VR.
- The game seems to be somewhat lacking content. The story mode progresses really slowly. There are only a couple of things to do during each day. Exploration is very limited and not rewarded.
- Getting from one erotic scene to another takes 1-2 hours.
- The quest design and gameplay overall are pretty horrendous. You are asked to collect 5 crabs, then 5 logs, then 8 slimes etc. to get an erotic scene as a reward. Classic Pavlovian stuff. Your saliva will be running when the bell rings in no time.
- Other than collecting 10 bear asses, you're expected to play some simple minigames, walk around at an excruciatingly slow pace and talk to some rather bland NPCs.
- There's a story that might get interesting further down the road, but the game is still in development and the story is not finished.
