Agree, feels like bargain bin Senran Kagura(and its sister game vd bhikkhuni). And SK is much cheaper and gets often big discounts, so no reason to get stellarblade. Of course modern playstation peasants dont have kagura, so i guess they will have to settle for lesser product. (Except vita owners, but that was last good playstation gaming device.)

I'm not fond of the main character's design myself – I think it's tacky and odd-looking. Only reason I'm keeping an eye on Stellar Blade is because it's a PS exclusive and a hack-and-slash game from the East, which are few and far between these days.

I do agree that Kojima has declined. And I've never supported the ”Fuck Konami” movement that emerged in response to his departure – Konami's resources put him on the map. But there are good elements present even in his bad games. The art direction and production values are consistently top tier in all his games. There's a level of polish there that few can match. Kim Hyung Tae's video game portfolio in comparison is nothing to write home about. Until Stellar Blade, few in the West cared about the games he has been involved with.
