This does feel a little too similar to Nier Automata. Never liked that game. The original was infinitely better. On the plus side the combat feels better and more challenging here. And the ass looks better. Automata's combat looked sleak but that was all it had going for it. The game was piss-easy and the characters sucked ass. I'm not cancelling my preorder yet.

Playing the demo now. I wasn't expecting OTT RoboCop/Starship Troopers style gore. That's dope af. I liked that Tachy chick. She's arguably cuter than the protagonist. 'Tis a shame she went bye bye so early. Gameplay mostly feels fine but there's some weird input lag that effects parrying in a bad way. Maybe it's something you just need to get used too. Seems pretty epic so far. I just came for the ass and tiddies but the game seems like it will be legit.
