So, World of Tanks, I play it, here's some criticism.

So let's say you do 30 matches a day(30x5 minutes average match time is roughly 150 minutes, IE 2 and a half hours.) with an average XP of 300. I average about 200 on a loss, 500 on win at tier 5 with my Mat-BP and T-25. Splitting the difference 300x30=3000+-1000 in case he plays an extra 10 matches

So to make it to the FV415b, a tier ten brit tank destroyer, and load gold, you'd need, hang on let me math, from where I am at the alecto, because you can generally factor it to about 6k xp to get to a tier 4. 1100 for the tracks, 13.5k for the AT2, 3.7k for the gun 29k for the at8, 4k, and 14.5k for the guns, 56k for the AT7, 15k for the next gun, 92k for the AT 15, 16.5k for the next gun, 161k for the Tort, 45k for a gun, 60k for a gun, 235k for the FV215B 183. So to calculate using the most xp per day I've ever gotten, 16k and that was playing 8 hours that day. 697,600, dividing that by 16,000, 43 days, assuming he managed 16 thousand experience a day, that's over 80 matches.

EDIT:Oh and as far as gold goes, dividing the number by 25, gets you 27904, or roughly 125 dollars.

Slightly tempted to pick up the KV5 or the IS6 just to have a tier 8 heavy. Not sure which I'd get if any though. The KV5 has absurd armor, except everyone knows to shoot R2D2. But the IS6 is super squishy if you fail to bounce.

The KV-5s problems are mitigated if you are competent with sidescraping, driving backwards, juking and aiming while moving. It's main problems are the weak ass gun, if you want a heavy that can't pen anything, go ahead and buy it, the IS-6's gun isn't much better though. The other problem is the turret speed, but that comes with being a KV.

Look up the mighty jingles on youtube, World of Tanks with the Mighty Jingles, BohemianEagle I believe his channel name is. He does reviews of almost all the tanks.

Turns out th ebundle deals on EU are different. We have a T34+Tetrach bundle and a KV5 + M3 light bundle.
Of course, since WG.net seems to think 1$ = 1€, our bundles aren't nearly as cheap as the kwa ones.

Lol, what's funny is that they HAVE to be doing it knowingly. THEY ARE A EUROPEAN COMPANY, dear lord.

That's a tragedy. Enjoying my KV-5 immensely though, and it can pen most things at moderate ranges so don't worry about it.

I thought about taking up EvE.. tried the free trial once before but quit.. maybe I'll see if I can finagle another free trial.. just installed another postapocalyptic scifi sandbox game but I'm not going to mention it because it's a kickstarter mmo and it's such a mess I'm certain it's going to fail... I just bounce around online games trying them for a few days at a time then delete them.. it's pretty sad really.... I almost think I have some form of OCD.

The WoWP bundle incident was pretty spectacular even for wargaming. For a whole day we had 1 to 1 parity with the dollar, loads of moaning on the forums though because the bundles are genuinely shit, expensive and lacking in real goodies for what's essentially a free loan.

The next day they jacked our prices up an extra 20 euros...brilliant.

It could be worse.. lots of companies sell expensive upgrades then nerf them the next day... but I agree.. investing a ton of money in online games is retarded.. I prefer the subscription model or the "private server" model myself.

Dang, I just hop into a T-50 to find it's engine has been nerfed to about 2/3rds its old power, it has about the same speed/armor/gun as a covenanter but gets put in tier 4-8 battles as a "scout", joy.

Man why the hell didn't I get a TD sooner. So much fun with my Marder just camping and sniping people, especially the obvious newbie low tiers. Still need to get used to the lower mobility since I've been driving around german mediums tanks until this moment almost exclusively but those TD cannons, now those are proper guns.

It's ok, if you want cheap kills you can drive the Su-85B or T18. Personally I hate the camping style of TDs, although the fast USA TDs are fine to use like normal tanks with no HP and really slow turrets.

The Murder II is a shadow of its former self, but still decent. You have the best yet to come. A fully upgraded StuG III with 100% crew, camo training, camo net, rammer and ventilation is a thing of beauty. It's fast, mobile, turns things into Swiss cheese and is practically invisible.

The hetzer is lulzy as well. Especially with a Derp gun
