"console exclusive" means that the game only releases on a certain console (lifetime or for a certain time), but is on PC as well. If a game only comes out on a certain console, it's simply "exclusive".3 month Xbox exclusive. Dumbed down consolized turd confirmed.
Only mods can save it now.
Again, that's console exclusivity as in it won't be on the playstation in that time. It has nothing to do with the PC version.
They've confirmed that over and over.
Got a source? Everything I'm reading calls it a 3 month Xbox console exclusive.
It's still going to be consolized though, regardless.
Says right on their official website, and it has been confirmed multiple times by GSC. The topic has only crept up again because court documents have confirmed that M$ has paid for the console exclusivity, which wasn't exactly difficult to work out considering all the M$ sponsorship stuff that was being posted.

The game will have a simultaneous release on PC and Xbox Series X. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will also enter Xbox Game Pass on console on day one.
Microsoft doesn't factor PC in when they talk about exclusives, it's just a more or less given that any new title on Xbox will be on PC as well.
Thanks for clarifying. "Console exclusivity" is confusing language to use if they're still intending to release on PC simultaneously.
"Console" in that statement isn't a clarification of the platform (because it's already obvious), but rather a scope limiter. The exclusivity is limited to the console space and doesn't impact a PC or, for example, a mobile release.
