So how many of you degenerates killed off suffered unfortunate losses just so that they could bang certain otherwise unbangable characters?

Well if you're using them to fap like abnaxus seems to, then they're not very good.

For comedy though, some of them work and the scenes are short to boot so they don't wear out their welcome

Yeah, I'm kind of confused why people are trying to do it with like Corboda and Rick. Those guys have massive dungeon penalties.

To be honest, the only reason I used Cordoba and Barres for the last one was because those two have lots of troops, thus safer to use. Had I raised Hubert and/or Leylukov's troop numbers I'd use them instead since their troops are tougher.

God, Asuka is so damn useless. Used her for the final defence of an extremely long turn (8 fights), she gets one-shot by some wimpy mage. For fuck's sake! Whose bright idea was it to make a general with 1 hit point?

My butthurt was abysmal. I think I'll send her to attack a Zeth city together with Miki next turn...

Boom!

Has anyone figured a way to get past that without losing a commander? It needs two generals after all... Rance and Miki?

I guess it is time to recruit some mercenaries then!

Or blitz in six turns, which is not really possible while fighting on two fronts.
Don't waste the mercs, they won't be coming back and are way more useful then some of your not-so-useful commanders.

There's so many useless assholes that you won't mind sacrificing, really...

Mars the Great tends to be the number 1 candidate because he's an active hinderance to your force if you recruit him.

I recruited that guy and then instantly send him off to die in some futile assault. One could easily tell he was bad news.

I usually use Louis and Miki for that purpose. Louis kinda sucks compared to Cecil anyway.

And screw mars. I never bother recruiting that one for obvious reasons. That and the exp he gives out is a better deal anyway.

Is it possible to kill Oda in Kichikou without lots of reloads?
So far I only could kill him with two waves: Rance+Kentarou and Megalass+Satella and Miki, with Miki once rolling superattack, but I lost Megalass in process.
"Rance Attack" does not seems to be really effective.

You shouldn't have that much trouble. Of course, it helps if your units are low in troops (sub 400 I believe) because otherwise, given that the battle area is only 400, only the regular troops will attack and your leaders won't (and they are the only ones that can actually damage Oda).

What I did was weaken them to the point where they only have Oda alive and even then hopefully with 0 troops, plus mine how I described above. Then, your characters should be dealing a steady 1 HP minimum per attack. Even if you don't kill him in one turn, I don't think his HP regenerates the next.

Yeah, you need to lower Rance and Megalass's troop so they fit under the Battle Area so they can participate in the fight without using any of their special abilities (which is very inefficient Damage Per Turn wise).

Though I would probably use Miki as the first wave with save-scumming. Her random special destroys all troops and halves commander's HP, so it's more effective for her to be the first one in then last.

I'd go with Maris Amaryllis or her counterpart Nanoe Ai. Loyal, smart, reliable, hardworking and bi.
