I've been wondering recently as to how they're gonna handle all those different endings when moving on to the DLC campaign. Sure, they're gonna funnel down into the same basic beginning but I'm excited to find out how they're going to do that, especially since you can an hero yourself or ascend. Maybe they're just gonna be lazy and retcon all endings but one. Whatever the case, we all know already how the DLC campaign is gonna end. Or why do you think the PC is just hanging out next to Pharasma?

A good example is Whiterun for PoE. They may do it the similar way.

Opinion on arcane bloodrager? People seem to be very high on this one but I do not see it. First off all those illusion buffs mean jack shit because any serious enemy has true sight and all those disruptive feats are of dubious value because casters are not that dangerous in the first place and die fast enough. As far as barbarian derivatives go instinctual warrior and any variety of skald look a lot better imo.

Not all enemies have True Sight. And it can usually be dispelled on those, who do.

Well, at least troughout Act 3 Mirror Image remained a pretty reliable defense.
Perhaps later on its different.

But some of the toughest enemies (Playful Darkness, Soul Hunter and such) you want to try to dispel anyway. At least on higher difficulty settings.

These bastards often are such a high DC you need to cast 2 or 3 Greater Dispels. I loved Lich's lvl 9 dispel spell. I used that a lot.

Recommend me good build for Aeon on Unfair.

Mythic looks so weak compared to Angel or Lich, but i want to see story without dumbing difficulty.

Not sure it is optimal or especially unfair viable but I'd build aeon as an inquisitor with a focus on tanking/support. Aeon kit isn't great, the only real offensive boost you get is the bane (which stacks with inq bane, or so it says) and some stuff which is party wide, but you do also get some nice defensive stuff in the form of immunities and self target only spell that gives 50% unconditional miss chance. Probably pick community domain. Might be worth it to pick judge and give up on getting extra banes to instead get an extra +spell dc for the entire party (which should stack with aeon dc increase).

Inquisitor seems like the obvious choice, but let me tell you this: Bane, gaze, judgement, and smite are all on a shared 1 turn cooldown and can only be used during combat. So that means EVERY fight you'll be ramping up for 4 turns before you come online and that really makes fighting a grind. Either everything is dead once you're powered up, or you whole team is almost smoked and you gotta carry now.

I am looking for opinion for someone who played Aeon on Unfair (not theory-crafting, but actually played).

And what is the length of this effect? How often can you cast it?

Gaze was supposed to be changed to be a free action.
Then again, both inquisitor and aeon has some swift cast spells they might want to cast as well...

Might as well skip Judgement to reduce the headache and go for a Sacred Huntsmaster...

Hmm, didn't know that. Even when you have eternal judgement?

Rounds/cl. So not amazing, but long enough to last through hard encounters.

Can't help you there.

Started my Third Run. Angel (w/ Demon and azata completed)
Oracle Angel early game is rough. Especialy because i fucked myself over and picked Great Fucking Sword as my main Weapon and there's a grand total of ZERO GOOD G.SWORD in Act 1 and 2.. (there's decent g.sword , but it's located in close to Drezen , so it's might as well be Act 3..)

At least i have infinite buffs , 3 pets and Seelah is actual a monster on top of a Wolf/Horse. And i quite like to have Sosiel with Guarded Hearth this early. Never had used him.

Guys, is possible to make the shadow spells more realistic than the reality itself? Like shades are 80% real, with the powerful shadwos it goes to 100%. There is items that can bump it to over 100%?

I played a straight-up monk, and I was fine. The problem with Aeon (unless they patched it) was that its abilities are pure trash until you get Aeon 9, at which point it switches to being the most broken ass shit ever.

And... Barbarians don't really make good Aeons. :P Lawful vs Chaotic. That sort of thing. :P
