I was starting to write a reply about when we are going to develop an obsession by pursuing every Uehara-related choice, and then the update happened.

Nevermind then. :salute:

And A, of course. We won't let her get away from us that easily.

A.

Yandere or bust.

Another baseless theory - we have a split personality.

Don't open the door.

The body in the bag? Uehera. The memory of her pulling the protagonist to his feet? Pure fantasy.

Face it. The protagonist is a stone-cold killer. Amnesiac too. Don't trust him.

Aw. It was too early for her to die. But hey, it was probably long enough for the Codex to get attached, so...

Personally I thought that bag was one part of body that belonged to that chopped girl from 40 years ago.

A, because, why not.

Edit: can someone explain what zaibatsu is?

Well, the musty metallic odor is probably the one of blood.

Why should we not open the door, though? The sooner we get in touch with our inner self, the better.

Wait, you do not want to chop off a piece of her as a memento? Now that's just cold. :(

But will A do that? It seems like A will just play into the fantasy that she was killed by some unknown entity. Not sure B helps much either, but it might hopefully at least divert the others attention off us for a while.

Of course A will do that! It is, after all, not a question of attracting attention, but a question of whether or not we care.

Just look at B. 'Never saw her'. 'Her fault'. 'Not my problem'.

Now, if we care, I would fully expect us to cradle her lifeless body with our hands and have her haunt our dreams. The guilt would drive us insane, and one day we will sneak back into the room, cut the head off, put it in a jar, and have a lot of nice philosophical discussions about Descartes and the nature of doubt together. It will be even better than the real thing! Maybe eventually she will start coming up with counterpoints and rebuttals!

It is a beginning of a beautiful relationship. Don't spoil it.

Flopping to A because possible head in a jar.

Wait, no manly tears? I distinctly remember there were manly tears! :rpgcodex:

Are they gone because we didn't care enough yet?

All that denial and repression is a fast track to becoming the guilt-filled, unhinged creeper Shinoseki was born to be. He just needs to latch on to another woman to prove to her it's not his fault at all. :M

That can probably happen either way, eh (ie, in A or B)? Flopping back to B just in case. (not that it will do much good)
Though wouldn't it be funny if it really isn't his fault?

But what guilt are we talking about if it's a genuine refusal to be held responsible?

And of course we will be latching to someone else in search of comfort. Maeda-san looks like a good next target. I don't see her being very thrilled by her marriage prospects, and it is good to know that i-it's not like she is interested in us or anything.

Let's try to accomplish what Jing failed to do and get all the women killed added to our jar collection. :M
