You mean like the project that failed by $28 three weeks ago? "People" have noticed that Elite: Dangerous' campaign is 79% finished, yet the game is only 69% funded. It's on track to come up approximately £138,000 short, which is worse than it was doing a week ago. That's not chump change.

It's hard to say just how much of a last-minute rush there'll be, or whether Braben perhaps has thirty dudes with thirty credits cards standing by to make thirty £5,000 pledges. If a project doesn't run wild and stands to barely squeak by IF there's a rush, then there's a chance it will fail.

I have a $100 bet riding on it, so I'm rooting for them.
