Microsoft provided the additional funding that allowed them to ship Wasteland 3 in a decent state.

I can't imagine Swen selling Larian unless he was minutes away from retiring anyway. Guy built up his company almost entirely on his own, (he did have to sell a small portion of the company to tencent ) he gets to be the guy in charge.

Fargo is going to con his way into getting the rights for KCD. Can't wait for KCD2 turn based RPG.

I could never really understand the issue about Fargo. Could someone here summarize it for me?

As for Clockwork Revolution. I'd say it is a pretty much standard game these days. Another action-adventure/FPS/alternative history game with wacky science that will probably do nothing new. Perhaps entertaining in a "I need to have something to do while I wait for the game I really want to play" way but I doubt it is going to have a lasting impact.
Personally I think people are better off with some of the Doom total conversions that are coming out.

With a quest compass, objective markers, leveled loot and enemies, weapons damage scaling with skill level, Skinner box crafting system and quest journal entries written such that you can’t complete quests without the compass?
