can you export chars from the remake to original qfg2?The package even includes the (superior, IMO) original version of QFG I as well as the remake.

Yes, the focus is shifted somewhat from city building when compared to the previous games. While you need to interact with the gods in all of them, in Zeus they are phisically present in your cities along with heroes and monsters, and the objectives are focused on dealing with these. It's a pretty fun game, although somewhat easier than the previous two. For instance buildings no longer need direct access to employees; as long as enough workers exist in your city they run just fine. Still worth a try since it's different enough from the rest of them as to no feel like you're playing the same game over and over again.I still haven't completed Pharaoh. I bought Caesar III a while back but decided to play it only after finishing Pharaoh. Seems to me Zeus is more mythology-based.

Looks like it suffers from the same bugs and compatibility issues the CD version did. Plus, they used a version that doesn't support speech+text at the same time. This is very disappointing.Silver has just been released. I remember playing the demo, years ago, and loving it. Couldn't afford the full game. I can now.![]()
AFAIR the only version that allowed audio+text was the Dremcast release...Looks like it suffers from the same bugs and compatibility issues the CD version did. i doubt they see it that way![]()
According to GOG forum US version had both, but GOG used the UK version. How's the DC version compared to PC? If it's a 1:1 port might as well play it on an emulator. Should be less buggy too.AFAIR the only version that allowed audio+text was the Dremcast release...Looks like it suffers from the same bugs and compatibility issues the CD version did. Underground Gamer said:On the US version there is a Dialog + Speech. UK it's only Dialog or Speech. Also in the US version was an option to save regularly after you obtain the map. The Chronicler will always be present at the bottom of the rebel camp in Haven after you receive the map.
