Deadass i would say go for the crazy edition,its the same mod plus bugfixes and minor additional content and its a little more difficult.

IIRC new small guns are pistols, small rifles and such, not really sniper rifles. On the other hands new big guns are machine guns and so on. I could be thinking of F1.5R here though...

Well, kinda - the game has much slower level proggression (especially if you don't cheese the xp out of it) and so you won't be getting all that stuff fast. On the other hand, combat doesn't really mean much until the very end of the game so it's kinda ok, whatever.

Dammit, man, have you ever played Fallout 1 or 2 at all? Use crowbar like you would any item when interacting with objects.

Just to make it clear, right-click on the wooden boxes, choose 'Use Item At' or the Inventory icon, then choose Crowbar.

To be fair to you, most of the time, the cursor would be in "move" mode, and you'd need to right-click first to switch to "drop menu" mode when you have to use the drop menu (Or whatever it's called.)

Before Big Louis asked me to collect money from Stryker I had already helped the chemist to flee and now the whole gang is aggressive ... there is no way to fix this, right?

Edit: You get the metal detector from one of the prospectors, in black rock.

More one question:
Besides shovel, there are other tool necessary to dig when you find something with metal detector? Some times i detect items but i cant dig (parking lot in reno), some times they just pop up as lootable box.

Digging up a hidden item is an outdoorsman skill check you can just keep detecting until it pops out at generally any level granted might take awhile with low skill. There are a number of unique items to be found with the metal detector so getting the upgrade for it that widens its range is nice.

There is one hidden bunker that needs a 100 outdoorsman to access and it contains the only suit of combat armor I ever found in the game granted I already had power armor by that point so it's no big deal if you can't find it.

Me again...well, i got the luciano's quest to poison patrons in eldorado casino and shoot prostitutes with a tommy gun, i have done both and gained 1000xp (100x each patron and 500 prostitute) but when i go to speak with machete or luciano it's like i have something yet to be done ...its a bug?

Iirc, there's another quest Machete gives you aside from poisoning casino patrons and shooting random people with tommy gun. Have you steal a briefcase from Eldorado's boss?

Also yes, you can beat the Reaper guy. I didn't mini-max that much and I probably one-shot him with a Gauss Rifle.

Where did you got a Gauss Rifle?

Also, as Kyn Von Kull pointed out, there seems to be a Gauss Rifle in possession of the Sheriff of Salt Lake City.
