Fallout 76 - online Fallout spinoff from Bethesda - now on Steam with Wastelanders NPC expansion

super mutants
A Fallout game doesn't need Super Mutants to be a Fallout game, this is a stupid mentality a lot of the Fallout 3 and 4 fans seem to have.

Know what they should have for enemies in the West Virginia Wasteland? Giant radioactive mutant wild hogs.

You need them, Fallout 1 without super mutants would cut half of the game and main quest
That's Fallout 1, i meant not EVERY Fallout game needs Super Mutants to be a Fallout game. Shoehorning them into a Fallout game, even when it makes no sense like in Fallout 3, just reeks of lazyness.

Not just laziness. Cheap cash-in mentality. Like Bethesda was thinking "Put some giant green men in FO3, bitches love giant green men" rather than go "well, what would make sense/be cool"

Fallout lore wise at this point is a retconn and fan service, so having super mutants and not something out of place is the best we can have.

This is why this franchise died with 3, got brought back with New Vegas, and then got murdered again with 4. Welp, i always have Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas for my Fallout fix.

So? And they also had a point of being in there, to show not every Super Mutant is a murdering asshole. They were also in New Vegas, to continue the journey of Marcus. They had no point of being in 3 and 4 except Bethesda needed a "big" enemy for the player to fight.

A look inside the mind of a Bethestard: "I know what Fallout fans really love about the Fallout series. Giant green men and Ron Perlman's voice. That's what makes the Fallout series great."

Fuck sake.

New Vegas did not brought back anything, it was more of the same vomit like Bethesda, with derp derp writing with the Roman Legion which is totaly out of place

We are talking about lore currently only if you did not notice.

Welp, the shitposter and Bethestard tags check out. Just the mere fact you think New Vegas did "not brought back anything" and Caesar's Legion is out of place, just shows you don't have a fucking clue what this franchise is actually about. New Vegas is closest the franchise got to a proper Fallout game since 2, 3 and 4 are putrid crap that deserve to burn in the deepest pits of hell.
So they can be in other fallouts also
If they have a point, which they didn't in 3 and 4. Because Bethesda doesn't know what the purpose of Super Mutants actually is.

I will go play fallout 1 and 2 and you go play new vegas because it seems it is the game for you.

Fallout 1 is the best Fallout there is re-read what Okagron said.
Duh!

that's why comparing even new vegas to fallout 1, 2 is a heresy !
Fallout New Vegas is more faithful to Fallout 1 and 2 than Fallout 3 and 4 are.
There is no heresy in that.

my personal ranking:
1. Fallout 1
2. Fallout 2 / Fallout New Vegas
3. Fallout Tactics
4. Fallout 3
5. Fallout 4

new vegas is running on the bethesda gamebryo engine and is a shooter, who is the bethestard here.

You, as you think Fallout 76 will be better than F:NV
Honestly, it seems like you have no idea what people liked about Fallout (we are talking here about personal tastes).
Certainly when it comes to why some loved Fallout 1 and hated Fallout 2.
Writing, lore and tone.
