Sure man but random skill checks don't mean shit when the entire game is you running around with other faggots collecting power armor pieces. Does this show that when push comes to shove a B team not led my Todd Howard can throw in some RPG shit? Yes. Does this mean people should hold out hope for a good Elder Scrolls or Fallout? No.
Then put the thread on ignore and stop posting.

Is there a better way to farm XP than alternating Grafton/Penitentiary for the 30XP each Super Mutant coughs up?

Take workshops, skip defending them, do the event to take them back when mobs seize them. Don't bother building defenses.
You can fast travel directly to the workshop during the retake event, btw. Seems like an oversight to me, but hey.

How much does that net you? And do you mean one workshop, or multiple, simultaneously?

One run of Grafton + Penitentiary might take 10 mins and ~700-1,000XP, depending on whether the Grafton Monster daily kicks off.

Multiple. No idea if it's less or more in the same time period, probably less boring though. Plus you get the rewards from taking/retaking workshops.

how I feel with max strength and carry weight talents
When I checked on my old char the other day, she had over 560 carry weight (no perks). Compared to new chars that's like driving a freightliner instead of carrying a shopping bag. :hahano:

It shouldn't be higher than 500 actually, but well... Bethesda. "It just works (TM)".

Got my vendors setup at my camp, time to sit back and wait for people to buy my luxurious items so I can be rich. :obviously:

Also, had radscorpions dig into my camp and attack.
Something about having vendors at your own camp you built feels a lot more personal than things like auction houses or similar. Seeing someone come to your camp to buy things is exciting. Hello, stranger! Look at my camp and check my wares! Take some water and carrots for the road.

this quest has a lot of ways to solve it, did you get to it yet Bliblablubb ? Multiple ways for both the 'right' solution and the not-so-right ones.

I really wonder why the fuck this stuff was missing in Fallout 4 , there's must be someone inside Bethesda that gives a fuck Fallout being a actual RPG but can't work because Todd, Emil and CIA are afraid of letting people miss content or something.

letting people miss content or something.
In FO4 you had to pass a CHA check to even read more lore. Or hack computers just to read flavor email. If anything they assumed nobody bothers to read anyway, TOO MUCH TEXT HULK SMASH.

It would be easier to say what FO4 did right, since it actually managed to make FO3 look good. FO4 really was just "Skyrim with guns". Sad.

They have definitely balanced the scrap economy to "encourage" people to buy repair kits (hopefully with real money). As has been brought up once you hit level 30 you won't be able to keep yourself in the latest and greatest in armor, because the resource needed to craft, and then repair it, is in short supply. Ballistic fiber. I had to re-craft myself a set of lvl 20 armor just so I could have something I could keep repaired. I am only lvl 37, but I hope at some point in the future it will actually be possible regularly scavenge enough ballistic fiber to make wearing level appropriate armor economically viable.
Get the white knight perk card to 3/3, repairing becomes a lot cheaper and your armor breaks much more slowly
mandatory IMO
think you can't get it for another level or two though, but get it when you can

oh cool
go to the mountainside bed & breakfast, talk to the host. New in wastelanders. Pay 5 caps to stay and you get a unique bonus when you sleep in the bed.

That's already yesterday's scheme, and they were never that well accepted. Real pros send Todd 100 bucks per year for unlimited scrap storage and a minicamp you can place anytime. Which contains a scrapbawx, automatically scrapping anything you put in there. Everytime I see screenshots of people building something with 1000s of scrap in storage I am not sure if I want to laugh or feel pity for them. :hahano:

As for repairs: do the scorchbeast kween fight. She drops 5 (?) advanced repairkits everytime. Advanced repair to 150% condition instead 100% the shitty ones from the atom shop do.
The game does not tell you that you got them, but at one point I found out why Codexia was so horribly overencumbered: over 50 repair kits weighting 1 pound or so each. :argh:

Ballistic fiber is indead the rarest component out there until you are high level and have the good farming spots available, even the new radio host makes fun of it.
Here, let me help you with a handy pro farmer guide:

Wasted perk to keep them slotted tbh. Armor has far too few hitpoints. If you fight a scorchbeast you will hear the "armor broke" sounds so fast, it will make you cry thinking of the costs.
Better to not get hit at all and use the armor for stats and deep pockets only. If you want to go rambo, use power armor. The game does not tell you that each piece of power armor worn gives a hidden 7% dmg reduction and 15% radiation. That's 42% dmg reduction and 90% radiashun for a full set. Before armor rating, lone wanderer etc. That's why PA is so much better than the armor rating suggests.

Only slot white knight AND "fix it good" for 200% condition when repairing. Same goes for weapon artisan for weapons.

Protip if you want to use power armor a lot: the T-60 is dirt cheap to repair, all the others are sometimes even cheaper to build new. But Beth changed the costs for the T-60 a while ago. Only needs steel, plastic and aluminium. And a little circuitry for the bucket

The rock's textures are worse than the one in morrowind.
Can you insult the robot in response?
Edit:playing this is beyond me.

The game genuinely looks worse than Morrowind aesthetically. The only graphical improvement over Morrowind this has is the physically based rendering and lighting effects. Port that shit into OpenMW and it will look much better.

I'd rather have a visually consistent aesthetic than graphics that look okay in some places and absolute shit in the others. Morrowind is consistent across the board.

So you are level 45+, still use a lvl20 weapon with no problems and your armor rarely breaks...

Boy did Bethesda dumb this game down in the last year. :decline:
I found a really good legendary at level 20, I replaced it with another weapon I got at 50. I'm level 69 now. My armor barely breaks because of the two perks I'm stacking

I play on medium textures because dxvk uses a lot more vram than native. I need to order a new graphics card but most places are out of stock or overpriced due to the shanghai shingles.

Was doing a quest on the top of a building in a city and a legendary scorchbeast attacked the city. ~100 robots were fighting it while I watched.

How can you enjoy playing this game more than 20 hours ? Do you play it with a friend?
In what consisted this quest?
Edit: I didn't read previous posts.
