Lets talk about Aquaboy and how it opens up the already enourmous world for even more exploration. For a mere single perk point and five initial points in E(ndurance) in SPECIAL, you too can now breath underwater, and find all the goodies and environmental storytelling, deep in the bowels of the games lakes and oceans.

Rank 1: Water is your ally. You no longer take radiation damage from swimming, and can breath underwater.

Most underrated perk in the game. Endurance perks in general have never gotten the love they deserve from the community, but I've never been able to wrap my head around how always-on water breathing and complete nullification of one the largest sources of radiation buildup is generally written off as a waste of a perk point. Particularly funny for anyone going through the Institute (based) or Railroad (gay) plotlines, since you can circumvent Libertalia's bullshit.

Does it remove voiced mc dialogue?

First off, war crimes don't exist, it's all a figment of some Hague kike's imagination.
Secondly, in order for a war crime to be considered as such, it has to be carried out upon humans, which the Canadians are not.

1) not sure yet
2) yes, SHAAAAAAUN is completely gone
3) well it has many new perks and a skill system similar to FNV, traits, etc, I haven't fully explored that part yet

I can't imagine American Krogan's Grounded mod would work with it. A Shame.

The pirated version is actually worse than the GOTY version on Steam. The world ended in 2012 man, this entire thing is just a comedy at this point.

Not anymore, mods Todds fixed it! The Steam version is now the new "NEXT GEN!!!" edition, and that also includes all those Creation Club quests. Plus a whole bunch of all new bugs.
