View attachment 57398I have a soft spot for the setting and interactivity of DA:O and so this review from a Redditor that points out how D:V fails so spectacularly in respecting its own heritage struck me as a good read.
You know you done fucked up when somebody writes that many words in an angry rant.
Apparently according to the author there, he was banned from the Dragon Age subreddit for critiquing the writing.
And his post on /r/gaming was deleted.
There was also this post from the director of the Ori games - Ori Director Says Dragon Age The Veilguard Writing Is ‘Terrible And Feels Dehumanized’ - that was posted on one gaming subreddit, where it got locked, and then on another more mainstream one, where it was removed.
Quite the mystery.
