No, my boss is just a pain. I'd switch but, well, it pays well enough and I doubt I'd find the same salary right away. And the thing is I need money for some big project by the end of the year, at which point I'll quit the job because I'll be far away then.

Bottom line: if I am to deliver cake to Larian, it sadly won't be tomorrow.

I don't think this interview has been linked here before. At least I did a cursory search with the youtube URL. Watching it now, it's pretty informative about Larian's history and their struggle with publishers. I think Swen is much more expressive in his native tongue (But I'm struggling to understand without subtitles, you can turn them on for English though).


Edit: Codex mention near the end where he talks about what makes an RPG. Also refers to the coming of Gragt to their studios. The video is a month old, but I think it raises minor points and facts that haven't been addressed in any other video I've seen. It's quite a good video overall.
