Codex 2014 Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2
I might be misremembering, it was a very long time ago :p I remember people having some criticism for it though, and that's why it didn't catch on more.

It was certainly not as in-depth as other editors like the NWN one, I suppose. But with the community-created skins, disciplines and maps, there was enough to create nice little campaigns. We basically used it as a way to host small WoD sessions, very similar to what you would in p&p and we had a fun with it. You don't need that many tools to play "an audience with the prince" or "an ambush by a werewolf in the forest" or "walk through the whole town to interrogate every primogen and determine who's behind that new conspiracy"...

I have a dumbq eustion L0L and I'm not inclined to post on the Larian boards because Codex is cool.

As a Kanadian do I get the US or the non US/non Europe physical tier buys? Technically we fit in the non US/non Europe zone but Kanada is actually Amerika right? Or do we get thrown in with the rest of the world trash? :(

Codex 2014
Actually it's likely reached already considering Paypal.

OR definitely, considering Codex and Watch fundraisers. :troll:

Is there any word on making the editor more accessible and with more features?
I remember the divinity original sin 1 editor being a complete failure to do anything remotely useful.

Basically yes. The mod support stretch goal has them setting up a special team of a few people dedicated to improving the usability.

Now I have some doubts though, based on how far into development they are about how much they can fix certain things at this stage.

One of the more common complaints was about combining mods. I really don't think they are going to change entirely how the game stores data at this point, so I don't think that's going to be a thing.

I do think though they can improve the editor itself. One of the videos from the updates mentioned how many clicks it takes to do certain things. That's a HUGE time suck especially since it's not consistent from menu to menu. So you have to keep a mental list of procedures you need to do for the various screens.

I've got a pretty long list of stuff I'm going to suggest, but I need to format it into something readable first.

This is the Larian forum thread on the subject:

Worth a look.

Two Days & Counting - Twitchathon

The last 24 hours is a busy time for any Kickstarter campaign, and we’re definitely not making it easy for ourselves! We’re going to be delivering hours of content, streamed live on Twitch to give you an unprecedented level of access to our offices, our devs, and our plans for the game. Our Twitch marathon will include a range of DevLines that will discuss Strategist Mode, the editor that the game will ship with, the Enhanced Edition and what it’s development brings to D:OS 2, and will even include a DevStorm: where we brainstorm your Uservoice ideas and see which will be best to implement in the game. (So if you’ve not had a chance to look at our Uservoice forum yet, get over there and get voting for whips, character customisation, and whatever else you want to see in the game!)

Of course, fun, informative talks are all well and good, but when it comes to entertainment value, nothing really tops blood sports. That’s why we’re hosting a series of Arena Battles for your viewing pleasure! Twitch Streamers will duke it out, RPG Watch and RPG Codex fight for the honour of who gets the most prominent place when their names are shown at the start of D:OS 2, and then we’ll finish it all off with a Larian civil war, as the Gent, St. Petersburg, Dublin, and Quebec teams face off in a vicious four-way contest to see who is the most Divine of them all.

We’ll also be hosting a “Best of Divinity” retrospective on the whole series, to remind you of the story so far.

To see what’s going down and when you can catch it all, head to our Twitch page for the full schedule!

What does that mean?

In fact, we didn't just blitz the $1.6 million mark, we've even hit $1.75 million which means we've also achieved our Love/Hate stretch goal! We'll have more details on this very soon, but suffice to say that we're really excited about the possibilities that this opens up in the game: from bitter rivalries to love to true bromance!

Gay sex confirmed.

If only they change the Shapeshifting Mask to GM mode...

wake up call.. that mask is there so as for 250k to be raised in-between romances and a GM mode. Just like the two "pick a skill" tiers are likewise placed in between other significant milestones.
