:butthurt: doesn't even begin to describe the level of butthurt in that post.

Trying to divert the blame here towards the audience is really mindboggling. When you're going to halfass a pitch like that and ask for donations with no tangible reward, what kind of response do you expect? It's not like "the haters" are some kind of angry minority here, pretty much everyone who looked at this shook their head and went "man, this looks shady as hell".

Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Perhaps Herve kept them running on burgers and drugs until they couldn't leave anymore. Perhaps he's feeding them burgers and opium even now, as he forces them to watch the numbers increase, and explains them, in a french accent, that every dollar he gets translates to another day of servitude for the poor guys.

Well, according to the internet Eric Caen is quotation "Director Digital & New Technologies McDonald's Europe Former", so I guess you're onto something here.

Reward tiers need Herve body pillow complete with ultra-plush detachable mustaches. In fact, they'd do better if they straight up copy/pasted Barkley 2s KS.

I have no mustache but I must fob.

But give him a proper disguise and he'll probably be back. Sometimes they come back.... again.

Have we confirmed that this whole thing isn't just some Duck and Cover troll or something?

This has reached mega-mongo levels. Did the "I'm gonna have sex tonight"-guy write Update #2? I read it in his voice.

There's no illusion here that we're going to build more than a prototype with this level of funding. The final game will require more.

Do or do not. There is no try.

P.S. these press releases are clearly written by a high-functioning autistic. I have much respect for Aspies, as many of them are deep and creative individuals, in fact perfect for working on complex game projects, but "relating to other human beings" seems to be a fairly common weakness, which is evident in these updates.

God dammit why do I read ign comments.

I have to agree. New Vegas added some good bells and whistles like melee kills on vats, but the game itself always felt a bit empty and boring. Fallout 3 had a better story and was more interesting to explore

No bro 3 is better than new vegas 3 has a better story and is in a better location new vegas is just a desert and cave's and a hand full of buildings graphic's and gameplay is the same heck even bugs are the same

I don't see how you guys can possibly argue over which is better without anyone mentioning that Liam Neeson was in 3.
Eugenics. Bring it back.

Hey, Redneck Rampage was awesome. A 90's FPS running on Doom engine is surely proof of excellent gaming design skills in 2012!

Then again, Soldier of Fortune was shit, so there you go. All those Tony Hawk titles don't fill me with confidence either.

Well, they were good games and the last iterations of the series adopted RPG like elements, still, quite an odd vurriculum for someone working on a Fallout game.

By the way, this is the first project that I find physically repulsive.

Yes. As far as I know he worked on Fallout Tactics in the very earliest concept stages and helped get the team together. He's not mentioned in the credits, but he was involved with it, purportedly. Not enough to be in the credits, I guess.

Also note he's just "thanked" for a few of those Tony Hawk's games. Mobygames can be a little deceiving that way. I mean, I have a videogame credit on mobygames, for The Fall: Last Days of Gaia. and hell, a lot of us will have a Mobygames credit when WL2 comes out. Sorted by role.

I'm sure Herve is holding their family members hostage. Or brainwashed them, keeping all day long in a cellar with a PS2 copy of Brotherhood of Steel they had to play repeadetly till they embraced the Herve.

I stand and I applaud Herve, if there's people stupid enough to throw money at this scam, they deserve to lose their money.

Raging so hard. Need to stop and breathe.

And Liam Neeson can go climb a wall of dicks.
