Also there is an obscure and cheesy(and somewhat difficult, on tactician at least) method in hag's lair to both
get the hag's hair, kill the bitch and save her captives

You need to keep one of your companions hidden and away from the fight.
then after you get her to low health and strike the bargain, just before the last dialogue options, switch to the hidden character and deal her the final blow
.

Makes for an entertaining difficult fight since you will only have 3 characters and all the masked servants will join. Confirmed to working.
I’m going to try to jump the bitch from the back door this time. Hope to at least break Mayrina out before she knows what’s happened.

There’s also got to be a way to turn on that Drow Studded Armor. The note with it talks about dying it red with blood but none of the dyes I’ve tried have done anything.

Also It looks like launching the gnome into the air instead of pushing him into next area of his problems, it would kill him. That's a nasty bug Larian should solve.

Is there some logic to what S and L approve and disapprove? Is it about good, neutral or evil choices?

Neither of them like you being a simp.

SH likes it when you're tricky but not wantonly abusive. Sometimes she disagrees with Shar on this which is when she feels the pain.

L likes dominance and whatever it takes to exert it and doesn't like dicking around instead of getting her to her creche.

They're chad trainers.

They both seem to just dislike heroism in general, IE any standard RPG behavior. They hate it when you agree to help anyone for any reason. Laezel likes bushido tryhard warrior stuff and shadowheart appreciates levity and deception.

SH occasionally disapproves if you get too milady in your derring-do but I play a lot with Wyll and she doesn't disapprove of his Folk Hero escapades, and sometimes approves which Shar punishes her for.

She's fine with you freeing the artist, but not with being conned out of 200 gold by his crocodile tears for instance.

So SH doesn't mind heroism, as long as you're clever and there is something in it for you? And L likes dominant behaviour and not wasting time on unimportant stuff?

L likes cruelty for its own sake as well. She and Astarion often see eye to eye. Karlach also likes the do-gooder stuff.

BTW, is there any upside to stopping Astarion from stabbing the smarmy gypsy dude in the eye?

SH is not about evil per se, she prefers tricks to confrontations. So talk your way out of things, lie and cheat if you can. She also hates being pressed to talk about herself, just let events unfold and she'll gradually let you in.

L is all about Frogpeoples code of conduct. Punish the weak, never show weakness yourself, use any means to get to your goal and generally just trust in her

It's pretty much unavoidable to do stuff that pleases SH and displeases the other, and vice-versa.

Some XP later down the line from a quest you can get from them in Act 3. The quest latches onto Astarion's companion quest, so it's not unique content. Depending on resolution, they might join you for the final fight.

I had Shadow on full frenship bar with both evil and good character in a very short time as she seems to value personal loyalty and respecting her faith above all else.
Also everyone except the gith likes being nice to animals.

Oh yeah, once you can talk to her about Shar just eat it all up and you're in her pants.

You can't. You have to continue playing until the main story gets you in again.
Yes, it's fucking stupid. This is one place where you can really see the cuts/rewrites, game hints at a quest where you'd find a way to enter the prism but no nothing.

She’s not very evil at all, which is why she’s in Shar’s doghouse.

Wildheart Tiger Barb seems very strong. Aoe attacks that also applies Bleed - and adding twice the Strenght bonus to attacks vs Bleeding and Poisoned targets....

Of course, Wolf is great for party synergies. Wolf Karlach is very helpful.

And Eagle is kinda cool also (not that you need that mobility).

Sadly STR bonus only applies twice to attack roll vs bleeding with aspect of the tiger, not to damage. I tried it out, but accuracy is not an issue on barb even with GWM. Though the aoe is nice.

Okay, so I guess the AB grows faster then enemy AC?
Cause at level 5 with GWM I would like to have more accuracy still.

I'm a bit torn how to multiclass my GOO Bladelock.

Options I'm currently considering:
1. 5 Warlock / 5 Sword Bard / 2 Paladin: attacking 2 enemies with Slashing Flourish sounds neat. Mobile Flourish could also be helpful to push enemies (back) into hazard aoes. Bard spells seem mostly redundant (except for using something like Bonus Action Hold Person later with the Act 3 bard ring), however can use them for smitin'.
2. 5 Warlock / 5 Sword Bard / 2 Fighter: Similar to the above, but Action Surge and Con saving throw instead of smitin'.
3. 5 Warlock / 3 Fighter / 4 Devotion Paladin: High Accuracy from Sacred Weapon, Action Surge, some Smites, either Battlemaster maneuvers or improved crit rate. Seems bad RP-wise.
4. 9 Warlock / 3 Battlemaster: Stronger spellcasting, particularly Cloud of Daggers, maybe Hold Monster or Person. Also Action Surge and BM manuevers - including Precise Strike to improve accuracy. And Con saves.
5. 9 Warlock / 3 Devotion Paladin: Stronger spellcasting, high Accuracy, some smitin'. Seems bad RP-wise.

Hide empty vases (98% of them) would add days back on to my life.
You had option of not clicking them all.
If clicking all those sweet sweet gold buttons on the vases makes me a completionist what is someone who chooses all the ghey dialogue options?
The thing is, there are some minor loot in a few vases (mostly in Grymforge I think), so looting continued till end game...
And let's not forget about skeletons.
I nearly missed that amulet that's critical for CHA 8 characters who want to do any diplomacy.

I really thought all interactable object would highlight... Or at least all lootable...

Barb has advantage on every attack with reckless strike. There are a few fights in the midgame where I wanted more accuracy but it was quite rare.
Personally I found aspect of the elk the most useful. You could make a case for the honeybadger aspect and casting friends cantrip on yourself(if it even works) pre-fight. But I found that a bit too autistic.
