4chan is that way brother
How about it?How about you make a game not in some desolate, autocratic shithole
Some of those seems be happening in reality.
You mean today's Africa (for the apocalypse part)+ today's technology (futuristic for Africa would be to catch up to modern tech standards)Someone should make an futuristic apocalypse RPG set in Africa.
On the plus side it would keep liberal apologists like Grafpong happy. You mean today's Africa (for the apocalypse part)+ today's technology (futuristic for Africa would be to catch up to modern tech standards)Someone should make an futuristic apocalypse RPG set in Africa.
Doesn't sound too appealing to me.
Ok, i am a bit too harsh and also edgy... not whole Africa is an apocalyptic setting today, just parts of it. Still no.

Beautiful desolation. Not quite an rpg but as close as it could beSomeone should make an futuristic apocalypse RPG set in Africa.
That's a lot of words for "I love gommunism omg gib me ur dik daddy Marx" (don't do it he never washed)How about it?How about you make a game not in some desolate, autocratic shithole
We are talking about post-apo games set in countries after a "traditional", nuclear, apocalypse. By definition all of those look like "desolate shitholes". In fact, logically speaking, an atomic apocalypse would be an equaliser - turning everything into shit, be it shit and not-shit (before apocalypse) alike.
And if you think about the countries before apocalypse then I can assure you, Czechoslovakia and other mentioned countries were not desolate though they were communist so somewhat shithole-ey and very autocratic by definition. But how does that make for a worse or better setting by itself? You didn't quite explained that, so please do. The whole point of those games (ATOM) was not to set them AGAIN in ruins of United States (or any Western country). Do you believe that any and every post-apo game should happen on the territory of a Western democratic country? That's crazy thinking.

WTF is this?! I'm done with free lessons for underachieving, lazy, under-the-bridge dwellers like yourself. You monstrous humanoids never listen anyway. Even your kind needs to make some effort in what you do. In fact, a lot of effort is needed for masterful trolling. No wonder capitalism has problems. Destroyed by poor work ethics of its trolls. That's a lot of words for "I love gommunism omg gib me ur dik daddy Marx" (don't do it he never washed)How about it?How about you make a game not in some desolate, autocratic shithole

Would play a postapo in Pawland.Another option, Potatoland?
What's the deal with the ATOM games? Do you have to play as a proponent of the soviet communist system, or can you work against it?And if you think about the countries before apocalypse then I can assure you, Czechoslovakia and other mentioned countries were not desolate though they were communist so somewhat shithole-ey and very autocratic by definition. Those are great! Maluch (Fiat 126p for non-potato) is a bit... unrealistic, but funny. But the all the others? Now I want go into a parallel universe and back in time to drive a Warszawa, Syrena or a Polonez through postapocalyptic Poland! Even Fiat 125 looks cool. In fact it looks way better that they used to look in my childhood... lol. Someone make that game!Would play a postapo in Pawland.Another option, Potatoland?
And this could be your choice of vehicles:

The truck is actually a bus. If you look closely, you'll recognise it. It's a Jelcz 043, which most people know as "ogórek" .Those are great! A propos, I don't recognise the big truck in the upper right corner. What it is supposed to be?
On another note some pictures are not "compatible" with others. You have a postapo Warszawa car and at the sime time a sattellite antenna dish or a solar panel. If those are available no one would drive a Warszawa. Already in 80s they were extremely rare on the streets iirc.
BTW, I prefer the version with a Warszawa.
Actually i asked my friend who is crazy about those thing (i mean old cars, including from PRL era) and he agrees. I see it now as well. However he claims that it looks more like a specialised version made for "Pogotowie Techniczne" or something due to... something. But that something might be just author's fantasy. I also identified the other truck. I first thought that it was a Star 266 but i'm now convinced that it is supposed to be a 660 model. The truck is actually a bus. And yes, remember that in post-apo Poland you drive, what you can get your hands on. If you find a working Warszawa, you won't say no to it.
No way there would be postapoc Polonez. Those things rusted if you shed a tear in their general vicinity. Coal powered Maluch looks awesome, and can probably even fit 0.34 american in it
A little bit of rust in post-appocalypse is nothing. Besides, things not working properly due to age, rust or bad maintenance should be a lot more common in post-apo games. Instead everything works as good as new. Not in this (non-existing) game!No way there would be postapoc Polonez. Those things rusted if you shed a tear in their general vicinity. devs from Mordor team up with a notorious rapist to produce "I Did Not Write Cook-Cook: A Post-Cancellation Role Playing Game".ATOM style RPG
Since Chirs Avellone is available I would hire him
