A short and very memorable little thing from Age of Decadence you probably shouldn't do unless you just savescam to see it: If you play as a character for whom combat is the answer to literally everything you can "break" the game extremely early by refusing to be escorted away by the guardsmen (praetorians? it's been a while) after triggering some plotline event in Maadoran. If you fight them and win you legit end the game (not you died, reload) and get a very cool end text-scene where you pretty much go berserk slaughtering soldiers until you are overwhelmed and cut down. Even though this ended my game I was so freaking pleased at this little nod towards the extremely bloody minded.

Fallout New Vegas: If playing as a woman, you can fuck the guy who shot you.

Neo Scavenger: Stove a guy's head in with a rock because I wanted his plastic bag. Conversely, becoming absolutely loaded with gear and weapons and wandering the land as you please. It is so strongly contrasted to the hurried desperation that is the game's start.

Might & Magic X: Realizing I did about 50% of the game backwards with all the struggles that entailed. Also, that amusing shoes puzzle.

Dungeon Siege: Leaving the room to make a sandwich and coming back to see your screensaver beat the boss for you.

Silent Storm: Prepping areas you know go into cutscenes. For example, booby trapping a door so when the cutscene plays the bad guy rushes in and implodes immediately.

Anyone remember the game where you have a truck/tank thing and it could jump really high and shoot straight up? You could also get out and do things too. I stick my dick in the cartridge of that game..

Masterblast

A fitting name given all the dick in your post.

EYE: Complete the game three times on the promise that the true(TM) ending will explain everything(or indeed, anything), only to be left with more vague questions than ever.
Not an RPG example, but it's probably the most heart-warming moment in the games for me ever
Max_Payne_2_-_1.jpg

Too bad it's not canon
Too bad this wasnt the last Max Payne game ever made. They had to push crap for suckers to buy.

It was hard as fuck to get that ending.

Deus Ex: Slaughter an enemy base because that is what the objective said then realize you could have avoided the bloodshed when you see the alternative routes from the inside.

Morrowind: Travel from the southern edge of the island to the northern one without transport or magic to prove your piety in a religious quest.

Gothic 1: Find a journal in an abandoned tower off the beaten path and uncover one of the best exploration quests in gaming.

Releasing a man from cryogenic sleep in FO2, only for him to panic about how everyone he knew was dead, then run about 5 feet before suffering from some sort of molecular destabilization and melting into a pile of goo before your eyes.

In FO2 recruit Myron. Remove his brain and install it in a robot. Arm the robot and start a fight with Myron's crime family. Watch the robot get destroyed along with the rest of the drug dealing scum.

Another one that I've just remembered:

Wizardry 8: If a hireling refuses to enter a zone, run around till they run out of stamina and pass out. Change zones. Wait for them to wake up and listen to them whine till you get back to an approved area again.

Most coolest moments are already taken, sometimes multiple times. But here's a few from rare roguelike-RPG Valhalla / Ragnarok:
Polymorph into a dragon (or other very powerful monster) and wreak havoc.
Polymorph into a tree, watch as a couple of thousand turns auto-skip and the game announces the end of your adventure.
Be harrassed by hordes of some type of enemy. Then read a scroll of extinction and wipe them from the game.
Die "strategically" to allow later characters to find the supplies on your dead body.
Reach that dead body with a later character. Be jubilant about the bag of holding, all the food and the cool weapon. Then round a corner and be killed by the ghost of your dead predecessor.

And a few some of which are probably duplicates:
Baldur's Gate 2:SoA: Chat with a party of haughty adventurers. Slay them all in battle. Have the game say "Loading game" and meet the same party of adventurers, suddenly in a very friendly mood.

Daggerfall: Get a quest from the Fighter's Guild to kill an Orc Chieftain. Find out he's deep in some dungeon filled with deadly liches (an no other orcs at all).

Morrowind (coming from Daggerfall): Enter a dungeon. Follow a short corridor to a door. Open it. Fight two Skeletons. Find out it's a dead end. Realize all dungeons in Morrowind are equally epic. (PS: I still love Morrowind)

Pool of Radiance: Fight the Trolls and Ogres in the Slums. Cast a fireball in a big fight for the first time. Take your characters all the way through the 4 gold box games. Fail to win the final battle without cheating.

Fallout 3: Step out of the Vault and see the world for the first time. Better stop playing at this point.

Diablo 1: Witness the first true loot pinata in gaming. Stay a while and listen. Plaster every free tile in single-player Tristram with maxed out stacks of gold.

Wasteland 2: Press a random button in your own main stronghold. Watch the credits roll. Realize you hadn't saved in hours.

Ultima 2: Realize you can travel to other planets. Realize you can travel through time. Compare this with the ambition of any modern RPG.

Fate: Gates of Dawn: Map a huge dungeon, bigger than Wizardry 6 or World of Xeen. Realize it was basically the games' tutorial.

A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Kingmaker Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I also remember when I was younger always wanting to go to my cousin's house because he had an Atari. I always wanted to play Spider-Man but he used to hide it on me because he thought it sucked. Sometimes he would let me watch him play it. He was like 10 years older than me and he tried to get me to let him put his penis in my mouth once. I did not like that one bit.
That's just disgusting what your cousin did - I mean who'd get an Atari when Amiga was available on the market for the same money.
