The gift from the Fulsome Queen is more like a boon which a knight receives after saving a princess from a dragon. Which her quest literally entails.

This got me thinking about my Rime of the Frostmaiden campaign that I wish I could continue (but ofc all my players need to be coaxed and wooed in order to grant me the pleasure of... playing a game I prepared for them), and that maybe I should give PoE another try. I played around 20 hours of it and decided it's just a diablo-like clickfest, although beautiful with its art style and atmosphere.

As the PCs approach, the waters whisper to the Fulsome Queen and she casts her mind out to them once they come within range of her telepathy. Although an omox demon, a creature made of living filth and excrement, the Fulsome Queen does her best to shape her form into one she imagines will be pleasing to her visitors in a misguided attempt to set them at ease. Likewise, her manner in speaking to the PCs is overwhelmingly complimentary and flattering, almost sycophantic in its fawning excess. She hopes to entice the PCs into reclaiming her abode by slaying the dragon and driving off the "ants who dig in the mountain." She's quick to mistake the fact that the PCs are here for this very purpose as being a result ofher imagined beauty and honeyed words.

D&D is a set of game mechanics. Dice have neither gender nor race.

Now, which adventure books are published in one or another setting completely depend on the time when they are published and on the political climate. So old editions adventures are "trad" just because they are older, and had been written before "the right" were crushed by "the left".

Take the power back, take back school and university education, and Paizo would be the first who publish something about ripped white male Paladins. I don't quite understand why SJWs and the woke mob hate the Codex so much, it's getting more degenerate year after year. Cringefinder is an overwhelming favourite in the Fantadomat poll, an official Codex poll will be even more favourable. Disco Elysium is the Codex GOTY 2019 while it can be barely called RPG.

I made multiple attempts to get through this abominable slog of a game but I never got beyond Act 5. Stop being Jenkem and making shit up.
